CC-P always provides amazing service! Everyone who works there is welcoming and knowledgeable and ready to help. I've gone in *multiple times* and quick fixes are tended to immediately while I wait. Amazing! Thank you CC-P for being an old-fashioned, high quality bike shop!

Located in the heart of Peninsula and right off the bike trail, Century Cycles is a great place to rent your bikes for an adventure out in Cuyahoga! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Do bring your ID when you plan on renting! As far as trails, there are plenty - you can also purchase a $5 explorer pass for the train and hop on/off at select stations which is another great experience to add!

My go to bike store! The people there are friendly, professional, and skilled. Shout out to Matt for being so informative and patient with me. I make the long drive there because it's worth it.

Awesome place, everyone was so very nice and helpful which isn’t always the case at a bike shop. I had a malfunctioning dropper post and brought my Canyon bike in. They had my bike fixed within an hour which is crazy fast, I was expecting to leave my bike for a week. These people really know what they’re doing, and spent less than I was expecting. They definitely have a customer for life!! Will be back shortly with my other 2 bikes for full tuneups.

We rented 3 electric bikes for a little family adventure. It was our first time using electric bikes. Doug was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. We had a blast and plan on purchasing electric bikes soon. Thank you for the experience and good service!

Weather was good enough this year to rent some bikes and take a ride down the trail. So I rounded up my family and we drove out here to Peninsula, OH and we stopped by Century Cycles and rented 2 bikes with 1 trailer and 1 tag along and we had a blast. The prices were good and the kids enjoyed it. Customer service was great and they treated us kindly. Highly recommended.

Our family always loves biking in the CVNP and when we visit it is our kids’ favorite activity. Century Cycles is easy to rent a bike from and provides all the resources you need to enjoy a successful bike ride.

This place is amazing! I have been bringing my bike here for years, and they always do a bang up job. Very good techs, very informative, will only charge you for what they fix. They are always willing to give good advice and recommendations and it never feels like a sell. Michelle at the register and showroom is amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. The service tech, Logan, made my 10+ year old bike like new. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you!!

They did the best they could on a busy July day to move the bikes quickly from one person to another and were very friendly!

I just purchased a Giant Roam 2 from Century Cycles. I had the pleasure of working with Bob at the Medina store to figure out which bike would fit my needs. Medina didn’t have what I wanted in stock so we worked with the Rocky River store that had the bike in stock but unassembled. I was told it would be several weeks before it would be ready but they could ship it to the Peninsula store and have it done in 1-2 weeks. Nick and Doug were fantastic to work with and they had my bike ready in less than a week! The pickup was smooth and I’ve been able to enjoy a couple of great rides in the first week I’ve had the bike. A great team effort by a bunch of people who love cycling and helping people!

Thank you Tucker, Doug and Jennifer! I was given a 8 hour turnaround for a new tire change and tire removal and it was ready as promised. It was a small job cost wise but they got me in on a days notice!! Jennifer gave great praise for her co-workers and I no longer have to travel all the way to Bowling Green for work on my bike! Tune ups are back logged 3 weeks, so I will plan accordingly come winter. Thanks again!

Took advantage of bike rack sale in late summer. Shop called when it came in and asked if wanted shop to assemble it b4 pick up. Doug demonstrated how to use rack in store thoroughly. Very helpful and we love our Kuat hitch rack.

They were so friendly! I got my awesome bike here today! After I purchased my new bike, they gave me a free century cycle water bottle and a century cycle t-shirt! How awesome is that! I wasn't expecting that at all. The whole staff were so awesome and nice. They have so many awesome bikes. I would definitely come back here again and tell everyone I know!

I stopped in today with a mild emergency. One of the bolts that holds the seat to the seat bracket came loose and was lost on the bike trail. Both the customer service person and the repair person were very helpful. They quickly found and installed a replacement bolt, free of charge.

Doug is the best!! I asked him to look at my friend’s bike because I believed he was riding too low, and it was causing him quad pain. Sure enough, that was the problem. Doug was so knowledgeable and kind. Not only did he adjust my friend’s seat, but he also adjusted his handlebar height to give him a more comfortable ride on the way back. Thank you so much Doug!! I truly appreciate you going above and beyond. I’ve always had a great experience here. 💜🚴🏻‍♀😎

This is place is great. I went in the other day (a beautiful sunny Saturday late-morning) and the place was bustling with activity. I had been researching bikes for several months to ensure the right purchase for me. Since I am new to the sport and so many regulars were in there, I didn't expect to get much face time with a cyclist to help me in the process. This is a hub of cycling activity in the "valley" and NE Ohio area. However, I was very wrong. Doug and Rich both the personal time out of a very hectic morning (great for business ;-) ) and personally helped me in the process of determining the best bicycle for me. They walked me through the models and goals I had with cycling, made some different suggests and then I took one for a test drive.
Leter I did end up purchasing that bike. The cost was very competitive for the bikes and most of the accessories, but the thing that sold me was the customer service, for which I would always be willing to pay more. The guarantee they have on their sales, extends past the equipment and into the goal of developing a long-term relationship with the rider.

Riding along the canal trail my bike began to have a mechanical issue with the bottom bracket and crank arm. I sought assistance at this fine shop and they had me on my way in a very timely fashion. It’s so nice to find such personable and gracious service nowadays. I feel grateful for their assistance.

Great bike shop. I took my Giant Roam 3 that I purchased there in for the free 90 day tune up and when I picked it up there was an issue with my rear light, Doug figured everything out and set me up with a brand new light that the store had in stock. Staff is always super friendly and helpful, I will continue to use Century for all my biking needs!!!
