Sleep First Mattress

Currently in the middle of a move and needed to find a bed for my daughter. I came to the store and wasn’t sure what to expect because I’m not from the area. However, from start to finish my experience here was one of the best experiences I’ve had while looking for a new mattress. Holly was an exceptional sales woman and was very kind to my daughter and exceptionally patient with my 4 year old testing a variety of different mattresses. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in the market for something new. Their selection was fantastic, and their customer service skills are unmatched. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future purchases.

We’ve been mattress shopping for a while now and didn’t like our current one. We did a lot of research and knew exactly what we wanted. We chose sleep first for its great policies compared to its competitors. Alex got right to the point and gave us a great price on the base for our new temperpedic mattress. At sleep first the base also comes with a 20 year motor and 25 year structural warranty which is unheard of. We just received it today (very quick turnaround on delivery as well for us) and are SO EXCITED to finally get some good sleep! Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful making our purchase a success! We had our old mattress for over 15 years and it was time. We walked into the store to look at the Purple Hybrid mattress. Alex was apprehensive because we had coffees in our hand. He admitted he wasn't sure if we were serious and thought we were lookey loo's. I told Alex it was birthday and I definitely needed a new bed.

As human beings, we spend quite a bit of our lives awake and asleep. You need a quality mattress with none of the hassle when you purchase it. Alex was that, straight forward and answered our questions. We took the day off from work to celebrate my birthday and because it was a Monday, we had Alex's undivided attention. That was super nice! No sale's pressure, just a informative sales lad who was there to help us on our mattress journey.

We received our mattress and we are two happy human beings! We returned to ask a few follow up questions with Alex and he was still very helpful and informative. We purchased another set of sheets from him. All around great buying experiences! Highly recommend Sleep First and Alex. He is there most of the week except for Thursdays and another day. Fret not, give him a call and he will take care of your mattress needs as well!

We purchased our Tempurpedic Bed from Jilly. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Enjoyed the experience at Sleep First and we love our new bed. Pricing was also much more reasonable than Mattress Firm.

Came in looking for a mattress for my daughter. Holly was terrific! She asked a lot of question to find out where my daughter may be in her sleep arena. Firm, soft, coils, hybrid etc. she led us thru all the specifics and allowed us to try out without feeling rushed or feel like we were pressured to buy. Wonderful experience!! She accommodated us with a fast delivery as well! Tim was very helpful with getting us our bundle of pillows and sheets! Please go see them when looking for a mattress!

Hollie and Tim were able to provide us with a ton of information about selecting the right bed for my husband and me. They were attentive to our needs and found us the perfect mattress for the perfect price. Not to mention a quick delivery. Very happy with Sleep First and their employees!

This was our first time in Sleep First so glad we came across them. Jarret helped us decide what mattress was best for us. We were in the market to replace our cal King after sleeping on our firm one for way to long. It was very clean and comfortable inside. Jarret was so great and patient. He showed us a handful of mattresses and didn’t rush us on trying each one. We did not feel pressured in purchasing anything we didn’t want to. Being able to try our bed for a full year and exchanging it for a different one is also great other stores typically offer 100 day and sleep first is 365 days!

Our recent experience at Sleep First was fantastic thanks to Jylly. She gave us enough information and guidance on the mattresses to help us figure out what we wanted, while giving us space and time to decide. We were doing a mattress exchange (part of Sleep First’s guarantee policy), and I fully anticipated it to be a hassle, but It was an absolute breeze. We are happy customers.

Holly was amazing! I started off liking a cheaper mattress and she offered other ones but she never once tried to upsell me, offered more options. Once we sat down to do paperwork she started applying every sale that applied and then some. Saved me quite a bit. And when my credit didn’t go through, she offered a layaway with a down payment. From start to finish I had a fantastic experience and I would recommend Sleep First to anyone look for a mattress

We purchased from Sleep First and are very satisfied. Our sales rep Jose Guzman is very knowledgeable, he has a true interest on finding the best option for you. We enjoyed that we could choose calmly, test the different options, get our questions answered. We felt no pressure to make a decision. We also tested the massage chairs!!! WOW!!!! I want to be in one my whole day :)

My wife and I had a wonderful shopping experience. Tim and Holly were both gracious and informative “consultants” during our purchase process. We came here first, then went down the street to compare. After the offensive sales tactics from the other guys, we rushed back and bought from Tim and Holly. The prices were great and the service was amazing. We will come back and we will tell our friends to come here when they need a mattress.

Holly and Tim are THE duo at Sleep First Folsom location! I went in with my mom to look for a new mattress and they had so many varieties. Holly led us expertly through their three mattress types and levels of comfort and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Tim helped gather a few additional items we purchased as well as engaged us with witty conversations that I thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere is open and friendly and it was the best mattress buying experience I’ve had to date!

After shopping around at a few mattress stores I was pleasantly surprised when I was welcomed by Jarrett at the Folsom location. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the mattress products in the store. He was quickly able to match our preferences with the proper mattress and we were very happy with price for quality of product. Recommend checking this place out and asking for Jarrett if you are looking for a affordable, high quality mattress.

This is my first time buying a massage chair. My dad have been having a chronic pain due hard work during his young age. I have been researching for hundred of hours and finally decided on the massage chair. I contacts many places and massage brand even recommended me to buy from this store. That is how trustworthy this store is. And I am so happy that I did buy the massage chair from this company.

The price is the best by far with a lot of extra bonuses. The company is delivered more than what I pay and ask for. The customer service is top notch. When I walked in the store I was immediately helped. Alex was my sales consultant, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. It was a breathe of fresh air not being pressured to buy something. Got a great deal at a fair price. I would definetly recommend this place and Alex as your next purchase/consultant for a great night sleep in your new mattress! We had a great experience at Sleep First Folsom with Jarrett! We arrived in Folsom with no furniture at all and made it to Sleep First near the end of the day. Even though it was later in the evening, Jarrett took plenty of time to explain the differences in the mattresses to us and let us try out any and all options. We never felt rushed or any pressure to make a purchase. Jarrett even arranged for us to get a mattress from another location that same day so we didn’t have to sleep on an air mattress. He was our first introduction to Folsom, and he even gave us some great food recommendations! We are extremely happy with our experience.
