AT&T Store

I had wonderful experience at this AT&T store. Gianna S. helped me on two separate visits. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a new phone from her and visited a second time to ask questions about another service. I highly recommend visiting this AT&T store for your phone needs. Thank you "Mo" for helping me with my data simm I purchased for a month. It helped tremendoysly as my mind wasn't so clear with my parent's funeral looming over me. I went into the store and asked "Mo" what simm chip I could purchase for my android for data for a short time. He checked the compatibility of my phone, recommended a service, set it up, and had me up and running on a data plan I used while visiting the US. I can't recommend this store enough.

Lloyd was the most amazing helpful.Patient knowledgeable a t and t representhat we could have ever wanted. We had to port in my mom's number which had recently been transferred to a different phone. It was just a mess and he helped us navigate the waters of cell phone service..

Moe was fantastic! I was pressed for time and as soon as I walked in, he asked what he could to help me and I was like get me outta here ASAP with a new phone and so he did. I made it to the bday bash in time Moe! Thank you so much...also, loving my new phone 😊

I had my phone stolen and so I had to get a new phone. Tony was super knowledgeable on phone deals/promotions and was very helpful in setting up my new phone. He made the whole process very easy.

Ask for Alex if he is in the store that day - if not - just ask for help. Everyone has been kind and understanding to many issues that came up out of their control. This is the only AT&T store I go to now because of Alex & the team.

Chester is a long time friend who's been helping me out with all my transactions. As an employee myself of 25+ years with the Pacific Bell/at&t he is a perfect example of how to provide customer service. He always provides friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service. I even waited 15 or more minutes till he got back from lunch just to be waited by him. Keep up the great work Chester!

My husband and I decided to switch over to AT&T from Verizon because we had a terrible experience with a Verizon store representative. Alec at the Folsom Palladio AT&T was so amazing! He had amazing customer service and wonderful knowledge of all of your products and services. He was very fast and efficient with helping my husband and I. I cannot express enough how amazing Alec was and how happy and satisfied we are with his service and his willingness to help us. Thank you so much Alec!

Walked Away very Satisfied and Happy with the service my husband and I are getting now versus before with another cell company. Jasmine was Our Sales Person, she went above and beyond with us by explaining everything to us. She was very knowledgeable and intelligent in Many ways did an Excellent job making sure we were Happy with Everything we did.

I was greater right away once I entered the store,, and felt welcome. The store was open and clean, and I felt I was in a safe environment. Austin at the Folsom, CA store was so wonderful. He answered every question I had, and even provided answers to questions I didn’t know I had. Austin took the time to walk me step-by-step through my transaction, and helped me score some amazing discounts. Wonderful service!

I came in to fix my iPhone (with an appointment) and Jasmine was the Sales person to assist me. She had my insurance claim done, options explained and sweet pleasantries exchanges the entire time. I was in and out in 20 mins. Highly recommend and would request her again if I could!
