Although I live 130 miles from Worthington Jewelers, I will continue to do business with the company because of my experience.

The best jewelry store in the greater Columbus area by far! Family owned with real service still provided. Eric has sold me multiple pieces, custom built two pieces and sold me multiple estate pieces. He has went far beyond expectations in his service and done so with an amazing personality.

Had the BEST experience with Worthington Jewelers! After looking at several places for a plain gold pave wedding band to no success, I learned about Worthington Jewelers. Within seconds of visiting the store I found exactly what I had been searching for! The staff were all friendly and very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my and my husband's wedding bands. It was fantastic to see a business in which the owner is clearly passionate. I was speaking to my husband about wanting a piece of jewelry created with my late grandmother's diamond to have with me on my wedding day. Bob had heard us talking and it was evident how excited he was to help us create such a piece. He took the time to hand design and pick out each component, resulting in an absolutely stunning necklace containing the diamond and matching pearl earrings. Every single detail was perfect, and I honestly started crying in the store the second I saw it. It is the most beautiful set of jewelry and it meant so much to have a a sentimental piece with me on my big day. Thank you so much Bob and the Worthington Jewelers team!

Bob and the whole Worthington Jewelers staff were exceptional to work with. I was leaning toward purchasing a ring online; I had done my research! I was talking with a friend who mentioned they had recently worked with Bob and that I should at least reach out to him and see what he had to offer.

I started by sending Bob several pictures I had found online of a ring I really liked. Bob worked with me to customize a ring very similar to the one I found, as well as a couple of unique tweaks to make my ring truly one-of-a-kind!

At the end of the day, I chose Bob and Worthington Jewelers because of their expertise, attentiveness, and willingness to work with me. I know I got a better ring, better service, and even better value than if I purchased online or with someone else.

I was compelled to come on here and leave a review because of the exceptional service I received this past Friday. I came in with my newborn to get a watch sized and an earring fixed. It was oddly busy for a random afternoon (kudos to them!), but I was greeted right away regardless. The owner was kind while listening to what I needed and the man who sized my watch and fixed my earring was lovely! He did his work efficiently and very well. He even helped me operate the elevator and held the door for me on my way out (while I manned my stroller). They run a lovely business!

Worthington Jewelers has been nothing short of amazing! We first came in when our babies earrings fell out, and they had a beautiful pair of small earrings for her. Then we returned to get our wedding bands and they are equally as gorgeous. Everyone there is so polite and helpful and we will definitely be returning!

I went in to buy a nice necklace for my daughter's graduation. Bob and every other employee I ran in to were very nice. The store was very busy, but I was not left unattended. One of the employees even came from her lunch to make sure I was being attended to. They had a number of items that were right along the lines of what I was thinking, and at a fair price point. So I ended up buying two.

Eric is amazing! So friendly and patient! We were greeted as soon as we got there and only waited a minute before Eric came over to help us. We normally go to Jared for our jewelry but not anymore. Worthington Jewelers far outshines them with their lovely jewelry (so many exquisite items to choose from) and their over the top service!

Every one here is so personable! I have had great experiences the two times I have been in so far. They take their time with you and listen to your needs and wants. I never felt pressured to buy or spend more, which was my hesitancy at first with shopping/ going in person to a jeweler rather than online shopping. After visiting Worthington Jewelers that hesitancy disappeared. Ordered my wedding bands from here and can’t wait for them to arrive!
