Amy was incredibly helpful and exceptionally patient with us during the processing of picking out our rings. The final result was nothing short of phenomenal, and I received tons of compliments. Highly recommend!

I stopped by today with my dad's college class ring. I had some concerns about the security of the stone, and questions regarding the possibility of resizing the ring for my finger.

They were very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the ring to get a better look at it. I was given an honest opinion regarding both of the reasons I brought it in.

The setting of the stone goes through a hole in the middle and is flared on the back side, much like a rivet. They told me it may not be a good idea to try to tighten it by flaring it further, as it might weaken it and increase the chances of losing the stone, rather than making it more secure. (I'm adding a couple pictures to better show what I'm describing)

As for resizing, they measured the ring, and my finger and the consensus was that it would be too much of a size increase to just roll the band thinner. Dad wore the ring every day since 1965, and it had already thinned some just from natural wear. To cut the ring and weld in additional metal may also weaken the ring, given its age and condition.

I asked what I owed for the cleaning and was told there was no charge.

In the end, I agreed with their assessment and decided to just leave the ring as is. I greatly appreciate their forthright honest opinion.

I purchased two gold chains with crucifixes from The Hills over the holidays and they are amazing! The products are more than I could have anticipated, wonderful quality and received them quickly even with all the holiday rush. The staff is super helpful in assisting you to make the perfect purchase and while I was there I had them check my wedding bands and they ended up needing to repair a few prongs for me too. Great experience all around!

I recently had to have my wedding rings reset. I had to start from scratch and they helped guide, brainstorm and ultimately create the perfect set for a very fair price using the stones I had. Amy was wonderful to work with-she spent a lot of time with us going over different scenarios of what we could do with my wedding ring. I cannot say enough good things about Steve and Amy! We custom designed our engagement ring and wedding band with them! They made the set look and feel perfect! They are super easy to get ahold of and actually care about you unlike some huge jewelry store that won’t remember your name. We bought my husbands wedding band with them as well.
