North End Marina

We stayed at the Pleasant Bay Retreat (right next door) and rented a pontoon boat for the day in June, 2020. The staff was easy to work with and the boat was clean and ran well. We had an EXCELLENT time cruising up and down Keuka Lake and hanging out in inner tubes all afternoon.

The manager even let us park at our own dock and retrieved the boat in the morning. Great place!

Been coming here every year over 10 years now. We just love the place. The owners are wonderful, helpful and are committed to making sure you have a good time. They really care about your experience. We have gotten to know many of the other boaters that frequent North End and have shared many a good evening and meal together. Keuka Lake is a magical place and we are glad to be a part of it. We rented a 17 ft Bowrider August 2nd.
The price was Great !
Everybody was very pleasant. Justin gave us direction on boat operations and sent us on our way.
The boat was an older model, but everything worked great, and we had a blast. We'll be back.

Marie, Justin and Autumn are great folks with a true sense of customer care. Had some bad luck with our boat last year. They jumped in and helped out with a rental boat, then even steered us in the right direction to get our boat repaired. Dockage is awesome, the club house is a great perk! Can't thank them enough for being great people and running a great shop on beautiful Keuka Lake. Highly recommend them for dockage, fuel, cabin rentals and rentals!

We have been going here every year for the last 4 years. The owners are wonderful. The most polite people I have met. We love coming here. Cottages are always clean and cozy. Its the perfect home away from home.
A couple of times we have run late getting to check in, called and let Marie or Autumn know and they just put our name on the cottage door and left the light on.
This is a place we will continue to come back to every year with our family.

This was our first time renting a boat. They made our experience wonderful. Staff was super nice and helpful. The boat was great. We enjoyed a whole day on a Keuka Lake tubing, swimming and fishing. All three kids agree, we will be back next year.

Absolutely amazing people! We had only contacted them two days prior and let us know they would take a boat out of storage for us! Truly amazing. This experience made our trip. The lake is breath-takingly beautiful and being able to cruise around on a jet boat was awesome. Almost like being in a movie. I would recommend this place to anyone. Their prices are also very good for what you get out of it.

My family and I rented a pleasure boat from North End Marina on Father's Day weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with the service. The boat was ready to go when we arrived and everyone was very helpful.

Unfortunatly towards the end of the day, our boat had some motor problems. They came out to tow us back in and gave us another boat for a few more hours so we could enjoy Keuka Lake for a little longer.

I would definatley recommend them to any one looking to rent a boat for a Keuka Lake outing!
