Excellent service. Dr. Oberferst is a true artist. You can feel that he is trying everything to make dental visit less stressful and painful while delivering a service of superb quality. Waiting times are minimal with top notch staff. This is by far the best dentist office I visited.

I’ve been coming to Dr Oberferst for decades, He’s the best and has handled pretty much everything I have had done. All of the staff is great there as well, a very clean facility. I definitely recommend Dr Oberferst for everyone from kids to seniors.

Everybody here is incredibly friendly. And the doctor himself has incredible "chairside manner." They certainly make you feel comfortable and welcome. The only challenge is that the address is on Genesee Street. The driveway is on the side street. Keep that in mind. As you are heading west you're going to turn right onto Cleveland. before the practice. Impossible to have a bad visit!

Most extremely, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that I have come in contact with in a long time...all things dental. Great location, clean office, on-site parking, handicap accessible (elevator outside to bring you to the second floor), ease in appt. scheduling, helpful in filing insurance claim (since they are considered OON for me). Being new in town, their signage out front is what caught my eye. From start to finish it was a Very Gentle Dental experience.

Dr Oberferst is one of the kindest person I’ve met. His patient are is above average. He puts you at ease and makes you feel you’re special . I recommend him to anyone who wants a great experience with a dentist

Such a lovely dentistry experience!! Fast intake with all the paperwork having been sent electronically to me before hand, so i was able to go right into my appointment upon arrival. Hygienist was professional, gentle, efficient, very pleasant!! The dentist was super nice too and made me feel informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10, highly recommend! Looking forward to my next appt!

Today was my first appointment with Dr Oberferst's office. I was way over due and I tend to be be very anxious. Lisa was amazing. Warm and welcoming ,she put me right to ease. When she was done cleaning my teeth the Dr came to check. Dr said I was fine.Whew! One of the nicest dental experiences I've ever had. I made my next appointment on the way out. Jessica was at the desk and took good care of me. Wish I had met Brandy,she was great on the phone when I booked my original visit. Maybe next time. I'll definitely be back. M Gardinier

Took my 6 year old for cleaning. Great experience for my daughter and me as a parent. Kid friendly approach and education on proper brushing techniques. Highly recommended.

This was our first appointment with his office. They treated us like family. With the amazing friendly desk receptionist. To the cleaning done by the lady and mark coming to look over everything. I get so nervous going to the dentist and was trying to find somewhere I was comfortable. I’ve been here 3 times now and Dr. Oberferst has been so kind and patient. Everyone there truly lives up to the name
