Beautiful fashions and very helpful staff. Susan and Kathy know their merchandise so well and will say, "This runs a bit small," or "This runs a bit looser," saving a lot of time and frustration. They will also make recommendations of things that go together--but they are never pushy. Kathy wears the same size my daughter does and will try on top after top for me to be able to choose which to buy as gifts. I receive so many compliments when I wear my Cloud Nine purchases.

This is the absolute best place to shop for clothes. The selection is huge, from very casual to dressy, and probably not many others will be wearing the same outfit when you go out (if that's important to you). Susan and Kathy get to know their customers and what they like. They will help you find what suits you. If you ask them how something looks on you, they will be honest; if they think it doesn't compliment you, they will help you find something else. I LOVE this store!

I have been buying clothes at Cloud Nine since my college year. They had the best jeans . As a tall person I had searched and searched for jeans that were long enough and looked fashionable. Cloud Nine had them. Now that I am older and need a noticeably larger size that looks fashionable they are once again the place I go when I want something special.

I have been shopping here since 1990. I absolutely love this boutique and the personnel that run it. The owner and her employee (1) have been running this boutique for > 30 years! I went to Cloud Nine for the first time while home visiting family. I had an amazing and personalised experience and left with a whole new wardrobe. I live in London and since wearing the clothes I got at Cloud Nine, I am constantly being complimented on how fashion forward I am and being asked what designers I am wearing in one of the trendiest cities in the world! Their taste level, exclusivity of the pieces they carry, and the reasonable prices means I will only be shopping there from now on!

Love it here. Whenever my wardrobe needs a pick me up or accent piece the ladies are there to help. I go by myself but as soon as I walk in the door it turns into a girlfriend outing/dress up party. I get good feedback and the items I get there are timeless...allowing me to mix and match ,old and new, and as a result, expanding my wardrobe. Great accent pieces ( scarves, jewelry, purses) too!. I love how, even though my visits are infrequent, they remember my name and style preferences. I also like that many if their items are U.S. or North American made. Great shop!

I had shopped this wonderful boutique way back in 1994 for my Mother of the Groom suit and had not been back till 2014 for another Special Dress to attend a beach wedding. Walked in last Feb. and found the absolute Perfect dress for the event. I returned in Sept. to find an appropriate wrap or coat to wear this same dress to another wedding in Oct. 2014. Found it!!! soooo, my Merry Christmas to myself was a couple tops & a gift for my BFF & Granddaughter. ABSOLUTELY Love the boutique & have to Smile every time I open my closet and see these Special items I have purchased in Cloud Nine.
