These guys have helped us out on many occasions. Last-minute and scheduled. They always do a thorough job. Last time they even ran a video camera through our pipes to do a check and didn't charge us extra. We'll always use Drain Brain (and avoid Roto-Rooter)

The technicians are extremely patient with us while we were trying to locate the clean out for our main line. They did multiple visits and finally helped us to locate and quickly cleaned out the roots that were blocking it. I highly recommend them!

They answered the phone on a Saturday. Had a flat tire enroute but their dispatch called to let us know they were running late. They diagnosed our drain pipe was frozen, then they hooked up the hot water to a hose and put it down the pipe to melt it, which it did. Good service, reasonably priced at $350.
