My review isn't so much about the store. The store is fine, but this is more to give a shout out to an employee. I have been in and out of there a lot lately for a project. Andrew went above and beyond to being more than helpful and friendly (on more than 1 occasion). You just don't get that too much these days. So thanks to Andrew for the excellent job that you do. I hope they realize how great you are.

Beware when getting online check to see if really out of stock. Had seasonal item canceled due to out of stock and had a couple on the shelf. Frustrating but awesome deals and great service at desk.

Great service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and directed me exactly where I needed to go.

Ordered online for pick up, notified within 30 min it was ready.

In the past I was never a big fan of Lowes. Once I moved to the area I found myself here a lot more than I expected. The selection of tools and equipment is the best. The staff is top notch, always helpful and very friendly.

I shopped the morning of 4/5/22 for items to help get wood stain off of 2x4s. It was outrageous how good the customer service was. I thought I was on the set of some TV show. Everyone had a smile, greeted me, asked if they could help. I'm blown away with how great the customer service was. I love it when companies take care of their customers! Great job Owatonna Lowe's team!!!

Bought my Bosch dishwasher online and had a issue with the order so had a online assistant help and was very helpful. Went in to pickup next day and the guy in the applaiance area was very knowledgeable. And made sure we had all the right parts to install

Great Five Star Store close to freeway exit's for convenience.
They have just about anything you need for your projects. This store is large clean and well stocked. Store has plenty of parking spaces available. Nice Large Seasonal garden Center which offers many choices.

I was at the Owatonna, MN store today 4/29/23 Jesse Blouin waited on me and also took me to 3 areas
where I want to purchased items. He was very friendly and helpful..

New parking lot area with special are for trailers and Pro Parking. I appreciate the store hours as I too often need to return and pick up more supplies

People are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Always have what I need. Self service check out would be a great improvement.

Recently bought a house and needed appliances. Matthew C. Was awesome during the process and helped us find ones that were all in stock and assisted with the appointment setup and explained everything very clearly. He's a great asset to your team.

This Lowe’s offers everything you’d expect to see from a Lowe’s. No complaints.

I used to love Lowe's, but that has changed. We were doing some minor repairs in our home and were going to have Lowe's do the work. It became a nightmare. People never called back when they said they would. On 2 occasions I had to go Lowe's in person because I couldn't get anything done on the phone. We never did get the work done. Even after meeting with the store's operations manager (who also never called me back when he said he would), there was no follow up. They have lost our business for good. I also learned through this experience that Lowe's sells inferior merchandise. There kitchen and bathroom faucets have plastic parts inside. There pressure washers are junk...again, plastic parts. We used ours once, and it's been to 2 different repair shops. All I can say is do your homework and avoid a lot of headaches.

Really never disappointed when shopping at Lowe's! Good products at good prices with great service!!! Some people go to stores with ideas in there head that are impossible to obtain, purchase products, drag them home & are angry at the store when it dosen't work... like its their fault! This speaking from personally witnessing a lady at the returns counter ripping into 3 employees because her off the wall, nut job idea didn't work! Keep up the good work Lowe's!
