Dr. Barbara Malone, MD

Let me start by saying Dr Malone has operated on all three of my boys at some point or another over the last 15 years, so this review encompasses five actual surgeries. Dr. Malone is by far one of the most talented doctors I have ever met. Literally everything about her, from her ability to relate to the children she sees (as well as the parents), to her highest level of knowledge as well as her very clear dedication to her field is of absolutely the highest order. She has the skill, knowledge and confidence to perform complicatedary surgeries on small children that no other doctors in the Minneapolis/St Paul market. Obviously none of us want to see our children in need of surgery, but if you ever are in need, I can't recommend her more highly.

Dr. Malone and her team are outstanding! Dr. Malone put all our concerns at ease, took time to answer any questions, and explained in great detail the procedure and aftercare. The whole team was great in working with our daughter!! Such a positive experience!

Dr. Malone was excellent she took the time to explain everything so we could understand and feel comfortable with our childs surgery her bedside manor is excellent. Every question/concern we had was answered every call to the office or message I left was returned in a timely matter every single staff person has been polite and caring I'm extremely satisfied with my experience highly recommended!

She is the best of the best! I love her! Always warm and welcome! She has been taking care of my special needs daughter 12 years now and even my son when he need tonsils and adenoids out!

Dr Malone is one of the best surgeons around. She operated on my one year old son -- she is exceptionally skilled and also sensitive to parents' concerns.

Dr Malone is amazing! My sons T & A surgery went so fast and he recovered so quickly! I would recommend her 100%!

I remember when I was 5/6 when she told me I had to get my tonsils and adenoids removed.. she was the sweetest doc. I know i must have been a hysterical mess but she is still my fave after all these years (I’m nearly 21 now)

Highly disappointing experience. We were referred to Dr. Malone as "the best ENT in the area". The appointment for our son, who has been struggling with ear issues for 2 years, consisted of a hearing test that was performed by a medical assistant and Dr. Malone looking at my son and talking with us for 90 seconds before saying "there is nothing I can do for you". Wow... thanks for your help! After pushing her for some sort of direction or help, her recommendation was to try Flonase. I will be contacting the patient advocate at Children's when I receive the bill for this appointment.
