White Castle

Food was mad to order and hot when I received it. Haven’t been to a WC in awhile and was happy to see one nearby when I was in MN! Service was great! Hope to visit again!!

I never leave a review for nothing but today I’m using my Son deal to leave this review. First I want to say I’ve been coming to this WC since 1998. It was the old WC before they did a whole revamp of this place. I miss the lil stools for seating. Back to why I’m leaving this review. First I want to say whatever energy you come in with is what you are going to get back. Period. Due to the location these workers at WC go through more than St.Paul Police. They are right on the corner of the busiest street in St.Paul. I’m shocked they are still open and that’s why they need to be Appreciated more. Rasheeda I’ve known for years and she is one of the hardest workers I know. She helps out at other WC’s and never miss a beat. Rasheeda can work drive thru, answer the phone, take the fries out the grease and take a counter order all at the same time. She’s Great. Now Midnight Mike I just met. ( I call him midnight Mike because he works the midnight shift). I haven’t had any breakfast sliders in awhile. I was hesitant to get breakfast because I didn’t see Rasheeda and everyone else seemed new but I tried my luck anyway and I’m glad I did. I stop eating WC breakfast but Mr. Mike made me a sausage slider combo and I couldn’t move out the lot lol. That was the freshest, hottest breakfast outside home I’ve had in awhile. You know it’s hot & fresh if I’m sitting in the lot on rice & university and can’t move lol. I was full with a smile. I had to wait about 5 minutes to start my car and pull off. Thank You Rasheeda for running and keeping up a restaurant in that part of town with all the madness, blanket kids, and maggots you still working hard as ever. The restaurant was clean. No one loitering outside. You really made my day today. Midnight Mike Thank You as well for the smile, fresh food and checking on me to make sure I was ok after eating.

Clean, incredibly fast service, friendly staff, and good food.

My order was handed to me roughly 5 minutes after I placed it, and I ate inside. This is what fast food is all about.

Hit the drive-through for a quick bite to eat. Four sliders two with jalapeño cheese. Spectacular. The order taker was hard to understand, but the order was correct , hot, and tasty.

Dining at its finest. Double cheese with onion chips and chocolate shake. Mmm good.

I mean it's white castle so yeah pretty good lol

If you ain’t patient don’t show up.

They only had one person working the late night. But he did the best he could.

Quick and friendly service when we randomly detoured for lunch while running errands. YMMV with White Castles around town, looking for impossible sliders- there was zero problem getting them here, and they were hot and fresh! My 18 YO requested the sack of onion chips, equally hot and fresh.

Service was good. The food was great.

Food, always fresh, french fries are hot/fresh with every order. Even though they were short staffed, the two employees who worked with me for drive-through were very courteous.

The new Cheadler cheese rings are great, the new French toast sandwiches are Deceiving they look like regular size but are small like sliders.but they are good.

Well it sure was nice to be able to go inside and order .. (bad pandemic bad), what was even better is every worker was hustling at their workstations like it was the last day of the world. Well maybe not that hard , but they were all well oiled machines, and speaking of machines, I hope they, WHITE CASTLE COOPERATE, DOES NOT GO ALL "A.I." AND HIRE THEM ROBOTS that will literally work for an oil change and tightening of their chassis!

Food, great as always. Service was very nice. Ambience just right. Table clothes, candles, printed menus, appropriate music for the special day, lights dimmed. Dining area access by reservation only.
Valentines Days at Rice Street White Castle was much much than we thought it would be.
We have done a White Castle Valentines Day dinner before but not at this location.

They are so accommodating. I came here to get the new birthday mix beverage. They didn't have the cups to go with it but I still ordered it. They gave me a upsize since they didn't have the cups to go with it. But I ordered my food and I had my food right away as soon as I came around the corner.

White Castle was not open for dine-in although the sign on the door said it was.

So I walk to the drive-thru window and ask how I could order food. The young man replied, “Right here”.

Since there was a car “in front” of me, I walked back to the menu. When it was my turn y ok order I walked back up to the window and placed my order. The young man was very polite, my food came fast, and my food was freshly made. This young man had very good customer service skills!

I have personally eaten at this White Castle at least a hundred times. It's always clean and well-kept. The bathrooms are locked for customer safety and maintenance. Although the neighborhood isn't a very safe one you always feel safe at this White Castle. Staff is very pleasant and very eager to serve you at all times. I highly recommend this White Castle.

The establishment itself is usually ghetto as hell. I'm seriously serious. But it wasn't it was nice and CLEAN !! My order was filled in a timely manner even though they were backed up. Staff was nice as well. Also my order was CORRECT !
