Worst experience. fiduciary and ethic violations. Mendez Conspired with realtor from Exit realty ( "good friend") to deceive client. Unprofessional.

Last year when looking for a house, Tammy listed a home beside our in-laws house and we contacted her about buying it. We were already preapproved for well over the asking price. Tammy was super friendly at first and was more than happy to give us a showing but then she asked if we'd be making an offer through her or another realtor. I said that we had a realtor but they weren't answering us and struggled to find a way to explain we were unhappy and would probably switch. As soon as she thought there was a chance that she might not get both the buyer and seller commission, she got quite literally rude. Tammy informed me that she had her own clients to show the home, to contact our own realtor, and quite literally hung up. We happily found a different real estate company and team to find us a new home and sold ours. They employ the absolute rudest real estate agent I've ever dealt with.
