I have stayed at this location many times while working in Toledo and I am more impressed each time I visit. Heather is always friendly and welcoming, she helped me out by letting me know about corporate rates and check-in advantages. The rooms always have a fresh scent and have never experienced a dirty room. The staff and facility is top notch.

This Quality Inn is one of the best. It was completely booked for our stay, but in our room it was peaceful. Super clean room, lobby, parking lot, and pool area. Would definitely stay again. We had a hot tub room with a king bed. It was so spacious. The staff was very friendly.

These rooms are beautiful, clean, and cozy. Not to mention they offer discounts for truck drivers. The front desk attendant was amazingly sweet. She saw my license and asked if I was a truck driver. She then gave me a discount, upgraded me to a suite, and gave me a goody bag with snacks and water in it. If you’re a trucker looking for a great place to stay, come here! They have laundry, pool, gym, and a business room. If that’s not enough, they are so friendly and sweet. Just what I needed after a super long day. If I’m in the area again, I’ll be back.

Don't walk, but run to this hotel! It is so cozy and extremely beautiful, and I had a wonderful stay there. The views in the room are mesmerizing, and the service is so good. The food is so delicious especially their waffles are a must-try! They have a pool and gym which are so useful and great pastimes. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Its so quiet and kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Definitely will be staying there again!!

If you are in the area and want a clean room, great check-in and out experience, a good breakfast and coffee. Stay here!
They have a swimming pool, large parking lot with security and cameras.
All in all, well worth the stop. A lot in the area to do as well as restaurants and gas station's.

This hotel is a must go to ! If your every in the area definitely stay at this hotel!! Its so beautiful and the staff are so nice. It is incredibly inclusive and very enjoyable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, you must get a taste of that! And the gym, pool, and hot tub are so interesting and nice! The rooms are so clean and cozy, and the wifi is so fast! I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel!

This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Monroe. I stay here probably five or six times per year. I’m not looking for a five-star hotel worthy of Chicago’s miracle mile. This place is comfortable and clean for a good night’s sleep. The price is good; the rooms are really clean and I like that each room has a microwave and fridge. Yes, the building is older and the hallways aren’t perfect, but the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is great. I’ll keep staying here.

We drove 4 hrs with no reservation. Was able to get a room quickly. It was clean, great housekeeping and customer service, management worked with us on price and extra amenities were provided. Breakfast was convient, well prepared, on time, hot and good. Pool area was clean and having access to a hottub was a bonus. Also, because we were guests for business purposes the hours for the pool area couldn't be better. It allowed us to work late and still be able to enjoy a swim before bed.

Definitely 5 stars for friendly staff. $100 deposit, which is understandable and keeps less desirable people away. Breakfast is decent with sausage and eggs. Pool and hot tub actually work which is a huge bonus for hotels these days. The wifi is good. The tv in my room is useless because it lags unfortunately. I think the cleaning staff does a really nice job here, but the bathrooms could use some updating for sure. Thanks.

The room was very nice and clean, the entire hotel was very clean, the front desk girl was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very fresh and good. Will definitely return.

very nice hotel, I liked the service, and after leaving the hotel room, I was allowed to wait for the driver for several hours. Also liked the good attitude of the truck drivers.

This is the nicest place around that only has a 25$ pet fee. Rooms are clean and quiet. Not the Hilton but clean and breakfast is ok. Close to local dispensaries. Solid 3.5 hotel.

Moved to this hotel after a poor experience at another down the road. I called to be sure they had a room for myself and 2 kids and by the time we walked in (5 minutes later) the front desk staff had my room keys and paperwork ready. All I had to do was pay. Room was clean, pool and hot tub area was great although both could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast was wonderful including person stocking and cooking, very friendly. This was our second stay here this week. we will most definitely be back. Thank you quality inn staff!

I've been a choice member since 2015 and stopped using them because hotels weren't being upkeep but this one restored my faith in them. Front desk receptionist was friendly, we had the suite which was clean from door to window, breakfast was great and dining area huge with 2 sitting area, pool was clean. Sufficient parking and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Best bang for your buck

Very clean and nice hotel. The staff is great too. Indoor pool was a hit! Bummed their hottib was down for maintenance but I'm sure its awesome when up and running.
