Wendy's

Great food. Great service. Great employees. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and one of the employees found it. She gave it to the manager and I received a message on Facebook. I had $300 in my wallet. Everything was still in my wallet including my money. I gave the girl that turned it in $20. There are still good people in this crazy world

After a really bad day my sister and I realized we had a coupon for nuggets. The only one open was this South Monroe location and we were so happy. We were greeted by Kayden, who was beyond kind. We ordered the spicy nuggets and she apologized that it would be a six minute wait and was beyond patient with the rest of our complicated order. At the window she was all smiles, even though it seemed as if she was working the late shift alone, and took a separate transaction we forgot. We were glad to wait for the nuggets and when she brought them out we were beyond grateful. Kayden is a reminder of why I choose Wendy’s, exemplary service that welcomes us.

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for my entire residency in Monroe. It is strictly in specifically because of the service given to me by Kayden. Java is cool as hell too. But kayden is why I come here. Not only should she be the one promoted to general manager, but the actual general manager should probably look for a new job

This Wendy's has the most fresh and hot fast food. I was so happy with the ladies working the window when I came through, they were so fun to talk to!

All I got was a chocolate shake. But the shake was really good the staff were friendly and the service was good also

Everytime I go I receive my food Fresh, Fries HOT and Service is ALWAYS Friendly ❤

The lady helping me last week was so nice! I thought that I was charged for the wrong order but she double checked everything for me to make sure I had my whole order and she even let me keep a frosty she handed to me on accident. Super kind!!

Sitting here eating the most perfect, picture quality Jr bacon chee. It's the little things in life.... Very delicious and everything was hot and the tomatoes were good n cold. Great restaurant.

Let's just start by saying this is the best Wendy's I have had in all 7 states I have lived in it was fresh hot fries were perfection omg I couldn't believe it I stopped for something quick because I was traveling but man I'm happy I stopped I'll have to add this to my saved locations for next time lol

Great service and our food was spot on. We had stopped at taco bell on La Pleasance before coming here and the difference in service was ridiculous. This is about the only friendly fast food place I've found in downtown Monroe.

I just went to this Wendys. The girl was extremely nice and sweet. Was very professional. Made sure all our needs and wants were taken care of. The food was amazing. Talk to us like we were friends. Didn’t have that fake tone.

This store has a great team including management. I usually go about 11 p.m. they always get our order correct. The employees are very sweet. I'm talking about the shift that's work's when I go at 11 p.m.

Just had a chicken nugget meal but dined inside and I never do this. The place was very clean and the associates working were very kind. The tall african-american man working the front register was very sweet and helpful

Line was decidedly long still got though it quickly with great service. Food was delicious with everything in the bag tasting good, fresh and the perfect temperature. 10/10.

On my lunch break I decided a burger and fries would hit the spot! I went through the drive-thru and received my food. When I got back to my job and opened the bag I realised they had given me the wrong order. I had a chicken sandwich and chili. I thought 'Ok, I'll just eat this'. I took one bite on the sandwich and realized it was a spicy chicken - too spicy for me! I called the Wendy's up and they apologized and wanted to make it right. They had one of their employees deliver my correct order to me at work. Although this was their mistake they went above what I expected to make it right. Nice Job!

Excellent service and fresh hot food. The manager saw we were waiting for a while and came up apologized and took out order and got us our food in a fast timely manner and apologize again .🤗

Great food as always. The service was fast and friendly as well. I really like their new fries, and the variety of food items that puts them well above other fast food places in town.

I had GREAT service! The boy name Jacob there NEVER screws up my order, only one who doesn't honestly. I get 100% and fresh food. Most friendly guy Ive met.

Food is always fresh, the wait is never long, and we've ALWAYS gotten the correct food!
