I just found out I’m pregnant and I came here to get proof of pregnancy for an ob-gyn. All of the staff ladies were especially warm, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely a non-judging clinic. Got in and out in less than a half hour. Gave me all the info I needed to know and will continue to help during pregnancy, birth and afterbirth. They will go above and beyond to help you out, I HIGHLY recommend!! ☺

Just wanted to make known. You guys should send out a state inspector to investigate. The grounds structure electrical. Etc and other issues to 1318 frank drive monroe michigan to please make sure they can pass state inspection in regards to efficient appliances electrical etc also some possible black mold. Thank you.

Oh my gosh. I am so impressed with how the covid vaccination went today for myself. Everything was so very organized. Those working were so helpful . It was a very good experience.

Anything but WIC is a quick, easy trip. WIC appointments are long and annoying as you can have no one ahead of you and still be half hour wait or more.

Call the Health Department. Instantly hear cheesy hold music. Hold for two minutes. Hear automated message to leave a message and hear back from someone within 24 hours. Hang up disappointedly.

Was sent a letter that my case had a new specialist. The phone number is not a working number. Left multiple voicemails at the main number. Noone calls back. Not sure what to do.

My doctor sent me over here for a TB test. Come to find out they only administer TB tests on Tuesdays and Fridays, which did not work with my school or work schedule. Do they know how long this test takes to administer and check? A couple minutes at most. And from what it sounded like they had plenty of time to do it since they were chatting in the back. If they're going to make you schedule an appointment for something like this, why not offer it everyday or extend your hours? If they really care for a "Healthier Monroe" they should one, extend their services/hours and two, not have staff condescendingly talk about clients where they can be heard.

Do you guys work here? You got restaurants serving spoiled food. Like delta coney Island. And flat rock urgent care freely giving everyone covid. In fact my lady and I caught it 2 times in 3 weeks. Then they fired her for catching it from them working while sick
