Israel Hernandez is what I consider to be the very best of social security administration. He went above and beyond my expectations to deliver me excellent services. Hats off to you Mr. Hernandez. 🙌🏼🎩

It was time to apply for Social Security and needed assistance with the application process. Visited the Monroe office, the wait time was minimal,20 minutes at the most. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisting with the application process and any questions that I had.

Very helpful, prompt and FRIENDLY service. Can't say the same about other social security offices in the south east Michigan area.

Hi this is Tanya Smith and I had to go to the social security office in Monroe Michigan and they're not and there was only and if you go about 9:00 a.m. there's about three or four people and that's it and what they do is that they is that if you go with the sighted person they will write they will write down what what you want you know whether it be replacement card which will take up to 7 to 10 days and and that goes into a computer and then the and then the printer prints out numbers on a piece of paper and then and then you go up to the window when it's your time and they will and their asking questions cuz you got to be honest and all that sort of thing and they will give you a replacement card to take up to 7 to 10 days there is wheelchair accessible parking there is a wheelchair entrance into the building it's on the first floor and so that's pretty much about it

Plan on camping out unless you get an appointment prior and unless you have no hoops to jump through. Take all paperwork needed even if it's Overkill

Got my case all mix up and don't know what is going on I've talked to two different people and they disagree on what is what with my case I've had my review and they keep sending me letters saying that I've got to do my review and when I call they don't know why I keep getting them so I don't know anything I'm hoping not to lose my benefits
