Across the board 5 star exteriors gave us an excellent experience on replacing our roof! From start to finish we felt like a valued customer. Phillips guidance on the claim process as well as selection of materials was amazing. Grant was our project manager and he was on top of everything to get the job done with no hiccups along the way. Finished product is beautiful and most importantly will last a long time. If your looking for exterior work on your home I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!!

Very satisfied with 5 Star Exteriors! We worked with a total of 4 representatives on our project of new roof/gutters/downspouts; each was very knowledgeable. 5 Star was available to work with our insurance company to make this project smoother than we had ever imagined. The estimate and work were completed in a very efficient time frame for both jobs. Clean up of work areas was impressive. Our township inspector was highly impressed with the quality of work performed as were we. Highly recommend!

We contracted 5 Star Exteriors to do a 48 square roof. We had some roof damage from storms and some leaks I’ve been fixing for a while. They came out and inspected the roof and gave me a more than fair price for the replacement. From start to finish they were great to work with. The communication was top notch not to mention the quality workmanship. The employees were all professional and even went above and beyond what I was expecting. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with 5 Star and will use them again.

I had a very good experience with 5 Star Exteriors. James did a good job providing me with a overview of the work that would be performed. He went over the different options I had available in detail. Later, when I spoke with Grant he went into further detail of the work that was to be done from start to finish. Their clean up was excellent. Other them seeing the new roof, there was no sign of them being there.

Highly recommend. Second time I've used them, first roof and now windows. Very efficient. Windows make a big difference We have gone from 85 degrees to 35 degrees and I close the windows and temperature stays the same inside. On time. Well done and cleaned up afterward. The man that came out for the estimate was great, Grant. Courteous and very informative. Again highly recommended.

Phil was amazing throughout the entire insurance process and Grant is just getting ready to start the work and has also been wonderful thus far. Very professional company.

What a great company. Roof looks great. Very satisfied with the quality. Completed in 3 days. Cleanup was outstanding. I’ll be using this company for other jobs.

We have used 5 Star three different times and have been extremely happy each time. They refinished our basement, installed all new interior doors and most recently they replaced our roof. Each time their crews were perfectionists, the quality was excellent, their prices are very competitive and they left our home spotless when work was complete. Their communication about start and completion dates was very reliable. Will definitely use them again.

I want to thank 5 Star Exteriors for their work on our flat roof. From our first phone conversation to meeting with James, Grant, Nick and the rest of the crew this was a pleasurable experience. They were all professional and did their portion of the work in a timely manner, they cleaned up, and left the site as it was when they arrived.

It was nice to reminisce with Nick as he is a former student of mine. Nick explained to me every step of the way the process for installing flat roofing. Doug was excellent with his siding work and Bob installed the gutter guards in a timely fashion. Grant was exceptional in his coordinating of the work and helping me install the two sided deadbolt lock (well he actually did all the work). I could not have asked for a better crew.

This is an extremely professional company with professional employees. All of our questions and concerns were addressed before, during, and after the work was completed. They showed up on time and finished the job before they estimated. They took the extra time to clean our property thoroughly after the work was done.

They were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and I would recommend this company to anyone without question. It's nice to have such a dedicated company locally and I hope to work with them in the future.

My husband & I couldn't be happier with choosing 5 Star Exteriors, by referral. Philip Gere & his crew were in constant communication in regards to the start date. This Contractor is 2nd to none in being vigilant informing customers of choices and dealing with the insurance claim adjuster. That alone for people who have little to no knowledge on what to do next.. he takes care of those things with open communication with the insurance company. We found them all hard workers. When the job was done, they cleaned up around the house, nothing was left for us to pick up.. We would absolutely refer anyone who needs a good Contractor to 5 Star Exteriors. Their Excellent!!

So far the experience with 5 Star Exteriors has been very good. We have not started the actual project yet, but the entire team has been courteous, timely, responsive, and professional during the pre-planning process. They have taken a lot of time to answer questions and fine tune all the little details so they everything is in proper order. I look forward to working with them and getting started! We called them after the ice storm we had in 2023. Phil came out and gave us a quote for our insurance company. He helped us along every step of the way with insurance claim process. I would highly recommend them hands down for insurance claim work. Phil kept us in the loop the entire time. As a first time home owner and having to make an insurance claim this big for the first time Phil’s professionalism and his willingness to deal with the insurance company to help me get the best out of my claim I would recommend him to any homeowner making an insurance claim.

I'd give them 10 if it was an option!!! We bought a fixer upper and had the gutters, facia, and soffits installed. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!! The staff was great to work with and kept in contact through the whole project! We will definitely be using 5 Star Exteriors for future projects!!! I would highly recommend them to come give you an estimate!

From sales to the finished product(new roof), we have been thrilled with 5 Star Exteriors. They also installed new gutters for us a year ago or so. Everything has been positive, the timing, the professionalism, the information, answering my quetions/comments. We are so glad we have discovered them!! Great value and quality.

Very fast and efficient! I hired them the day they came to give me a quote. They came out the following week on a Monday to assess the roofing project and came Friday of that same week to put it on. They were there first thing in the morning and done by dark and worked in extremely hot weather. The cost and warranty were reasonable. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I always try to support local business' and would definitely use them on future projects; and recommend them as well.

PG contracting (5 Star Exteriors) did my gutters and now I choose them again for my new roof, I’m very pleased with all aspects of the job, from start to finish. I recently came across a little area while I was having a security system put my cameras back on and I reached out to “Grant” as always, they will send someone out to make sure the area of concern will be addressed!
