Gaylord West EZ Mart

The employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Food is made fresh daily; burgers, pizza, sandwiches and so much more. The bosco sticks are THE BEST for sure. Just an all around nice place and is in my daily routine now. Thank you yall!! ❤ 💙 💜

Very good selection of products. They have the BBQ place there also for real BBQ sandwiches, tamales which are great, sandwiches, ect. Most of the people that work their are really great at customer service. Some of the items are more expensive their then other gas stations, but some things are cheaper so it weighs itself out! They also use the plenti card there for points! It is always a quick stop when I go there. Hardly ever a line!

I like to pay at the pump for convenience. I would like my receipt and I click print receipt and I get the notice that the clerk has my receipt. It seems to happen all the time. If I wanted to go in I would not choose to pay at the pump.

Air machine ate my money. Clerk was very rude and responded "oh well no refunds". Should pave this place over for a proper airport. Disgusting.

This station is ridiculous. Mutiple pumps regularly out of service. Printers never work. I was told they don't work when it's cold? The other stations I stop at don't have that problem? Maybe the employees don't like the cold and can't be bothered? I won't be back.

Some punk kid named Jakob was extremely rude for no reason. I buy my beer here for the past 6 years but I’m not anymore. No reason to be rude to customers. I didn’t make your day bad don’t take it out on me.

Red head named Jacob that works there is a real smart mouth. After him being extremely rude at the counter I decided I’ll just go to the meijer gas station instead. I called back to talk with a manager and he answered and continued to run his mouth telling me “hope I don’t crash on my way home because that happens.” I’ve never heard anyone say anything like that before. Pretty sad someone is basically wishing for me and my younger sister to crash on our way home.

Their employees are the most rude lazy and ignorant people I've ever met. I've been going there for about 5 years now and will never go back not even to fill my gas tank. I've spent over a thousand dollars a month In that store the last year alone and will not be treated like this
