I had rented a utility pump to empty water in basement. When I was done I had 15 minutes to make it back to store so I wasn’t charged a second day and could get deposit back. I had called and was going to be past closing time. The guys in the rental shop, the rental desk worker, and a cashier all stayed so I could get the return done. Great customer service that helped me tremendously.

Usually come here to get my propane tanks filled staff is always friendly and willing to help especially last time when I needed some parts for my trucks snow plow also a good go to for miscellaneous nuts\bolts

Great experience. My furnace ignitor went out on Christmas Eve, with temps feeling like 20 below, the situation was critical but I lucked out that they were still open and had the part I needed in stock. I briefly spoke with 3 people who worked in the store and they were all super friendly and helpful.

I have purchased a few welders from here, both times were excellent. But this last time, i would like to say that Deni went out of her way to help me with everything, all over the phone with time constraints i was dealing with. She made sure i got exactly what i wanted and needed and was very prompt with everything. I had my welder the next day so i could finish up a job. I truly appreciate the effort put into everything and highly recommend giving them your business. It's hard to find anyone who wants to work these days, let alone someone who goes out of their way to do it. Thanks again!

Have placed two (2) orders with them, received both.
However, I was charged for something that I did not order and neither they nor myself can find in our records. Yet, they will not issue a return for the funds I was charged for an unknown item.
Therefore, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
After giving the above original review, I am now giving an update on it.
Baker’s Gas reached out to me and corrected the mistake. They were very pleasant and listened to me, not only that, they went back and found their mistake on their end.
So!, it is my duty to give them HIGH REGARDS, for their customer support, and willingness to help customers with their needs.
So anyone should feel good about doing business with them.

They deserve 6 stars for going above and beyond. My forklift runs out of propane and the spare tank blows the seal on the valve. Local propane place won't fill since the tank is out of date. Bakers offers to re-certify and fill even though they close soon. Turns out it is missing a safety so they have to do that at another location. But they rent us a loaner for pennies a day. They saved the day with their fantastic service!

When I go to Bakers Gas and Welding it is almost always because I am in the middle of a project and need a part NOW so I can get back to work on my project. I have been in the store with strange plumbing parts, odd electrical breakers, stainless steel metric bolts to name a few and the sales person was able to help me find the right part fast. I am very happy to have them near my house and happy with their service.

I admit before now I've always shopped mostly at bigger stores but recently needed new sump pump and they were so helpful. I'm sure I would have never got that much help at bigger stores. I definitely will shop there more now

We just love going here. They tend to have good sales, but service is second to none. Always someone there to help, answer questions etc. Unlike some big corporate stores, they can be harder to find help,.
