Carroll / Ochs Jewelers

I contacted Carroll / Ochs for a watch I was interested in that was on a limited run. They were quick to check and confirm they had it in stock and sent it the next business day with great communication in between.

The present was for myself for something special and Jen communicated with me regularly over text. The only thing I would change is requesting a signature on delivery but end to end an enjoyable moment and I will be buying from them again as a reputable and authorized dealer.

Was in need of watch repair. Bought pocket watch there in 1998 at the mall store. Quit a couple of months ago. They looked at it right away and believe it or not was just in need of a battery. Awesome Jewelers in Monroe. Their annual Reindeer event is the best and really worth it. Prices are nominal as well. They have some cool mens bracelets 🙂. Marianne was very friendly to help.

Always friendly service! I shopped around for months and far distances to find the one and only design I liked right in my back yard! That was a year ago and they are still giving top-notch service. Brought the ring in post wedding for soldering and had only two days to wait! Very happy customer here.

The staff was very friendly and helped me with exactly what I wanted. I had a custom order and they were very easy to work with step by step. Once the order was placed they worked efficiently to get it done in a timely fashion and produced an amazing product that I couldn't be more happy with. I would recommend this team to anyone!

I LOVE this store and the staff in it! The jeweler is trustworthy and does phenomenal work! I’ve never been concerned leaving my diamond ring in their care, for maintenance. Denise recently helped me pick out some jewelry. She’s so sweet and cares about what’s best for the customer, not just the sale! I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive pieces! I have dealt with Carrol Ochs for a few years now. I have bought my fiancé’s engagement ring there along with both of our wedding rings there. They have great prices and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you don’t see what you want they’ll find it for you and when you do order something and it’s not exactly what you thought you’d like the will allow you to exchange it no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and I can foresee myself using them for years to come.

I love going into Carroll Ochs. The ladies are always so friendly and beyond helpful. I went in today to get a pair of 62 year old earring repaired and look for a couple of other things to purchase. The options were amazing. This local jeweler and his staff are fabulous!

I've been going to Carroll/Ochs for over 9 years now and the experience there is always the same, and friendly atmosphere where you are treated like Family. I was recommended to them by my boss where I was having issues with another jewelry company in replacing a ring they had damaged and not getting it in a timely mapper. I walked into Carroll seeing if they could remake that ring and provided I could return the other ring, what they would do for me. Bernie and Dawn didn't disappoint. They took my ring concept, sent it out to their jewelers to make, and came back with a better ring. They also bumped up in the clarity, carat size, and even beat the cost of the other company. I've been going to them ever since for other jewelry and cleanings and it's always the same family experience where they care about you and take pride in their business. I would hands down recommend them without any hesitation.

I have been a customer at Carroll/ Ochs Jewelers for a few years now. It's not very often to find a business that has exemplary customer service, whose staff is honest and friendly, and has high quality merchandise. Carroll/ Ochs is all this and more. I do not live in Monroe, but Carroll/ Ochs was recommended to me by a friend. The moment I arrived in the store, the staff were friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Their service is phenomenal and the owner is nearly always on the premises to offer expert advice. I will forever be a loyal customer!

I have found a forever jeweler. Lois and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish. I was looking for an exact match wedding band to go with my engagement ring. They didn't have it in stock but Lois offered to order a sample ring for me to see. She called a few short days later to let me know I can come see the ring. Once I arrived, there was no pressure to buy. Well, I fell in love with it so she ordered it for me. The jeweler had to disassemble my old ring that had wedding bands welded on both sides. He did a great job. The ring came in earlier than expected and they had my ring ready in no time at all. Very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be back!
