Very nice apartments here very well kept grounds. Office staff is nice and will help you with anything you need. Maintenance is great they are always available and willing to help. Summers are great here beautiful grounds flowers well kept up lawns. I love living here. Your own front door and back door.

Well cap nice Apartments great place to live

Clean and quiet place. A friend of mine lives there, and there is no complaints.

The office staff is rude. They will be going into your house every couple of months or so to do maintenance which could easily be done once a year, and at the same time, like a vague "we'll be in sometime in the next two weeks to check your fire alarm batteries".
There is a ton of storage space, since there is a full sized basement.
No AC or dishwasher, which makes the summers horrible and cleaning a chore.
It is easy to hear your neighbors.
The close proximity to another apartment complex makes safety sketchy. I never had break-ins or theft, but it was something i worried about a lot.
The townhouses are pretty dark since there are only a few windows.
Some of my neighbors said they had earwig problems. I noticed a few throughout the year I lived here, but nothing serious.
I couldn't wait to leave this place.

1 star is for the people that live at this place and some of the kids here. At least in the princess court and ridge court area. For one the group of kids that live in ridge court are bullies to other kids and the mother of couple of them kids is a drinker and is clearly drunk and loud outside during the summer. Mostly trashy people around this area and in the Princess court area there some complainers that have nothing better to do. Maybe the other courts are better I’m not sure but not these ones. As for the apartments themselves I would say 4 star they’re pretty nice with basements and dish washers. My only issue with them is that some units have large kitchens and some don’t. The way it was designed is strange. Other than that some of the policy’s here are stupid and don’t make sense. As for the management there okay but not the greatest. The maintenance guys are very nice though.

This place needs to be raided someone please do something about the management here. Maintenance Never fixes issues.
