Complete Home Comfort

For the last 3 years we had been trying to keep our furnace going. At a friend in the business” recommendation, i used Complete Home Comfort for repairs. No complaints and they were very reasonable. When our furnace died I gave them the opportunity. My price was fair. I was very impressed at the knowledge and explanations of the installation technicians. James noticed that my initial installation ductwork had a problem and recommended a couple of changes which I agreed to. I am so happy with their work. James, Joe, and Mark were real craftsmen. Since the installation I no longer have cold dead zones in certain rooms. The improved airflow and the new equipment makes our home feel completely different. Best of all the price was exactly what they quoted me! Thanks!

This place is great! I called in the morning with no heat and they were out within an hour and a half. Customer service is top notch😊 Joe was super nice and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me ! I would highly recommend them for any of your home service needs!

You don't find this type of customer service any more. The service was quick. They were able to fit me in the day I called to install a new water heater. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Mark the technician even called to let us know he was running a few minutes late! The service and pricing was outstanding. I highly recommend using Complete Home Comfort for any of their services!

The team was awesome! From inspection to sales to installation it was a great experience (at least as great as getting new heating/ac can be). They showed up when they were scheduled...even a little early. The entire installation process was quick, professional and tidy. I can't really recommend them enough if you need your system tuned up, fixed up or upgraded. Also a huge plus was that they don't try to sell you anything you don't want or need.

The entire team was very professional. They took the time to educate me on what was wrong with my current unit. They did a great job, making sure the house was not dirty and they cleaned up after themselves with attention to detail I recommend complete home, comfort to anybody that needs heating and cooling services.

Ed and Jason were great throughout the processes of needing a new furnace. The prices were better than anywhere else and their customer service is top notch. I will be trusting them to replace the water heater in the next couple weeks as well.

I have the service plan where they inspect before the cooling season and the heating season. My furnace was 22 years old but the combustion chamber was rusted, a safety hazard I didn’t know about. They replaced the furnace quickly. A very good local business. Never felt pressured to buying extra things. They lay out the options pointing out the pros and cons and let the customer pick what they feel they need. Very trustworthy business

Representatives came when they said they would to begin our furnace and a/c installation and finished it the same day when they said they would. Went above and beyond my expectations to give a quality installation. Walked us through the new technology and how to save with it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our furnace broke down a few days before the temps dropped a couple weeks ago. Micheal came out that Friday morning to check it out. He was incredibly thorough and kept me informed each step of the way. After the inspection it was discovered we could have parts replaced, but most likely the unit would need to be replaced in a few years anyway ('89 model 😬).
With the cold front looming and them knowing we have two young children, (Michael, Joe, and a third gentleman I didn't get his name) stepped into high gear, acquired our new furnace, and got it installed that day!! Joe then helped with installing the thermostat and was incredibly informative and professional.
Plus, our house hasn't been this warm the two years we've lived here!
The whole experience was exactly what you'd hope from a company such as this.

I had Complete Home Comfort install a new furnace and AC w/Heat pump at my house on 7/13/22. Joe was my installer and I couldn't be more happy with the work that he and the guy's did to complete the job. They are an amazing team and everything looks awesome. If I could give this company 6 star's I would. We definitely recommend them to everyone!!

This company and its employees have been such a help getting us through a flood in our house and making sure we were taken care of. Mike, our technician, went above and beyond coming back three times to check on our system and install a WiFi thermostat he didn’t have with him at a previous visit. As long as we live here, you have a customer with us!

First time customers, we had a great experience with CHC. They were very thurrow and did a complete inspection and cleaning of my NG furnace. The service guy was very polite and wore covers on his shoes to protect our floors. I think he did one of the best jobs for a great low price, that we have ever had.
I liked them so well I signed up for there Maintenance program on the Heating and AC.
