Lived here for 5 years and was very happy with my experience! It's a very quiet, well upkept community! I loved the pool and being able to rent the community center for family events without breaking the bank! Highly recommend!

Been living here form a little bit more than one year, and is a pretty quiet place, neighbors don't tend to bother you and are pretty friendly, the community has a club house and great management staff, super attentive whenever you have an issue, also they renewed the playground for the kids and we have a communal pool.

This place is pet friendly.

I have lived here 16 years. Someone suggested it to me and although I never thought I would live in a manufactured home, decided to check it out as it was recommend by a fellow teacher at the local community college. It has been a great experience, particularly the park maintenance.

I've lived here for three years and feel like we have a quiet and respectful community. Management is generally easy to deal with and responsive. If you're looking for a manufactured home in the Monroe area, then I believe this would be the best community to look into.

We bought a new 2018 double wide home that was already here and we looked around for a long time and found it quite difficult to find a nice community. Until we found Raisin Ridge...we love it here. And with the new ownership we're hoping some of the few negative things will be improved.

Beautiful park. The best trailer park i have visited. Extremely clean and well maintained all around. To bad the pool is closed but its to be expected with covid around. And the residents are kind and decent to each other and visitors.

We have lived at Raisin Ridge for just over one year and we could not be happier! The community is clean, lovely, quiet and just the right distance from town! The management and maintenance teams are fantastic! They respond quickly to requests for assistance and they are ALWAYS courteous, professional, and friendly. We are so glad we chose Raisin Ridge for our home. Great place -- truly!

Best community in Monroe. Staff are all amazing and helpful. Clean community. Tho some people are messy at times., but usually doesn't last long, management must keep on it.

My mom lives here and it's the best park in Monroe. The hones can have garages, and the group ds is well kept. They have a beautiful pool and clubhouse too. Personally lot rent is pricey, but they all are. Which is sad because you don't get you mail at your home, you have to drive to front of park fir a central mail location.

Have lived here since 2005 and enjoyed the quiet and the location is wonderful. Has a very nice pool and clubhouse and is very well kept community.

It is a very nice place to live my son lived there with my grandchildren and I really enjoyed the time I spent there with them. Very clean and friendly.

Very clean, well kept up and very quiet neighborhood. They do background checks on every person that lives here if they are over 18. Very safe.

We have lived here over 20 years and we love it out here .we wouldn't ever move unless we die that's how much we love it out here . people are nice so are are neighbors .

Very well maintained place. The people that live there and work there really care about their neighborhood. I would live there if I could.

It's one of the better mobile home parks we have in Monroe County. No trashy places.
