Meadowbrook Estates

My husband and I first moved into this park when we needed to be closer to my aging parents in Toledo. We lived on Carmel Dr. and our neighbors were awful! The people across the street would throw huge parties, and park behind us in our own driveway. When I needed to go to work I would have to knock on their door on Sat. morning and wake up ( and fight with) all of the drunk people. When it came time to renew our lease, we intended to find another place. The office manager called me, and said that they had a beautiful home for sale in the park, and asked me to drive by and look at it. She was right! We bought this beautiful home, our lot is huge, (best one in the park if you ask me) We are super happy! Very few times do people bother us....... and we are able to decorate our homes and yards for the holidays without all kinds of rules and regulations. We recently signed up for online payments, so we don't have to even leave the house to pay lot rent and water. Really easy! We like living here.

Just want to give the site manager Kelly and the maintenance guy Al a shout out. They have Gone above and beyond to help us out when our AC kicked the bucket. Have and would again recommend this place to anyone looking for a home

When we lost our home to a natural disaster, they were very good to us. We have great neighbors and enjoy living here.

Nice park and the office staff were very helpful. I lived on the property many years ago and loved it then too.

Its very pleasant and clean, usually quiet and maintained and compared to some of their properties the management listens cares and resolves problems.

Beautiful Jones....spacious community...nice community park...lovely clubhouse....management is very friendly...would recommend renting here

No dugs, violence, not even a trailer park, its more of a meadow with a brook running through it and cardboard houses

Staff and management make hou feel at home...nice neighbors next to me..:)

They really a good place I respect the people that run the place they have a job to do....how is it that when ever it a bad review its the same answer smh over....
