In the beginning, Lori was very kind and responsive. She asked what we were looking for in a home, we responded, and she showed us a few properties. The value of these properties overall was pretty “dirty”, in lack of a better term. A few weeks passed, and she kept telling us nothing was really on the market, so my fiancé and I began looking ourselves. We sent her at least 5 properties we were interested in viewing, and she immediately responded that they were all sold but there were two that she had found she would love to show us. So I responded back that we would appreciate that, and no response. I followed up a few days later, still no response. Then I reached out to another realtor asking about the properties I had sent to Lori, and she said 4/5 were still on the market! She was able to show them to us within 4 days, which led to us finding a home! I couldn’t believe how unprofessional Lori was, it was extremely upsetting, as she was referred to me by a family member- but she clearly put her best interests firsts.
