Great mani and pedi. Staff was really fun and very friendly. Always happy with the services i receive. Place is kept clean and wait times are not bad, just make sure and call ahead and check. My nails look and feel great.

Top Nail is always my favorite place to go.. no matter what it is that you’re getting, you know you’re going to get amazing service for a great price too. They’re all amazing, but Lee made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I’m so very happy with how they turned out!!

From AZ so needed a fix after being on the road for a month. The owner did my nails and did a fabulous job. I will come back next time I'm in this area. Interesting business concept, they do not take appointment, just walk in, sign in and wait your turn!

They don't take appointments, and wait times can be long. HOWEVER, the quality of care and detail that they have is impeccable. Absolutely love this place.

I visited this salon for the first time today. I needed to have my acrylic nails removed and replaced with a new set. They do not make appointments. I arrived at about 10:20 (they open at 10) and all of the techs were with customers, and there were two clients waiting. I waited for about 15-20 minutes and was greeted by "John".

I told John that I wasn't looking forward to having my acrylics removed, as most salons that I've been to peel them off and it's not a comfortable experience. John, however, had me soak the nails and every few minutes he would drill off the softened acrylic. It was a fairly slow process, but I didn't mind as there was no discomfort involved.

My new acrylic nails look FANTASTIC. John was meticulous, making sure that the length suited my preference and that the nails were consistently shaped.

I wish that they took appointments, but I will definitely go back to this salon.

I've been going to Top Nail for about 7 years for pedicures, acrylic, clear gel, and shellac, and have never had a bad experience here. All nail techs are very skilled, kind and friendly. Since the beginning, they've always remembered my name, and greet me when I arrive. A beautiful , clean salon, and I always feel very comfortable there. Sometimes a long wait, but it's worth the wait, and a busy salon is a sign of a good salon. They're the best in Monroe!

The best pedicure of had in a long time!! They are all so nice and professional . VERY clean and sanitary! They use organic products. Basic pedicure was $25 and worth more! Lily was delightful. Just very caring and gracious. The only downfall is the wait. Apparently there is always a wait! And that is because it’s THAT good !!

Had full set of gel done. Quite a wait but we'll worth it. Only walk-ins so I expected it. He paid attention to detail and did an awesome job. I took his advice with color and so happy I did. I work construction and have yet to break one. I will definitely be getting them filled here.

I’m from Washington State and needed my nails done! I went to one Salon in Monroe and was not happy with my nails! The gel polish came of the same day I had them done and within 3 days my nails were lifting!
I came across Top Nails Salon. This wonderful woman Lily told me she would take care of me, fix my nails and give me fabulous looking nails! I truly can’t thank Lily enough she was so kind, caring, great customer service and she did the most amazing job on my nails!!!!

I drive truck and Googled nail salon near me and Top Nail came up ...I ubered over there ...walked in and got one of the Best pedicures and I needed my nails fixed...a fill and new polish ...My nails look AMAZING
The staff and customers here made me feel like I was at home ...so friendly and sweet to me. Anne stayed late to get my nails done for me ..it was almost 8pm ..by then no uber was available for me to ride back to truck stop ..Anne brought me back to my truck ...
Truly went ABOVE and BEYOND for me.
I will DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE when I pass thru Monroe ...

They have made it appropriate for social distancing along with plexiglass for those getting their nails done. I am happy to resume this activity. As always they do great work on the toes. Trust me my toes have not been done since March and needed some love.

I went in there yesterday for the first time. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am here on business and I had a nail that had popped off and two others that were lifting pretty bad. The man who did my nails was very gentle removing the lifted nails. My nails look so good now I am very happy I happened to walk in there.

This really is the best nail salon in Monroe, they are thorough and professional, and really pay attention to detail. They have good, quality products and a nice selection of colors. Everyone is so sweet and kind.

Because they are the best in Monroe and they are thorough there is usually a wait, sometimes an hour or more, this wouldn't even be too bad, but their waiting area seating needs to be changed, very hard uncomfortable chairs that are right up next to each other
I'm a bigger woman and I had to sit in between two other bigger women. You are literally squished in there legs and arms touching the people next to you. I wish this place had comfier seating or at least more space between the chairs.

I was very pleased with how friendly everybody was. Everybody greeted you when they looked at you, i only got a eyebrow wax but Lilly took so much time to make sure my horable eyebrows looked perfect before walking out of her shop. I will definitely be going back for all my needs. 😀 one happy customer

I was in desperate need of a quick pedi. Found this little hidden gem. We shared great conversation and the ladies were hilarious! Oh, and my pedi was great!
