Corner Cafe

Very nice family style restaurant. The cook was singing with the radio and he was not half bad! We enjoyed listening to him! The burger was delicious, as was my soup. You’re our new favorite place! And our server was sweet, tipping her was our pleasure! We appreciate the coziness of the atmosphere. Chit chatting with other customers was nice too. We’re returning soon, in about 2 weeks. Thank you for the great food, and being consistent with your hours and staff.

Quick service, good meal, and cozy atmosphere. Staff was great - cook came out and ensured everyone liked their food. Good place to stop if traveling along US-131.

This is my go to place for getting some good comfort food... The waitresses are awesome and the cooks can really whip up a meal!!!

This place is a hidden gem in the village of Stanwood in the state of Michigan. Great atmosphere very friendly great service food that taste very good. Great prices. Friday's and Saturday's are all you can eat fish and you get all of the following perch, pollock, shrimp, smelt and clam straps, also with this you get a choice of potatoes and either salad or coleslaw or cottage cheese and you get veggies of the day with it and you get a biscuit all this for a really good price only $15. Their meatloaf meal you get the same minus the fish and other seafood lol but everything else you get with the meatloaf dinner and for a really good price only $11.99 they have great breakfast meals, lunch and dinner meals and desserts. And refreshing drinks hot and cold. If you never been here I strongly recommend this place! We eat here regularly and it's our favorite place! You feel welcomed here and the employees are very friendly and happy to help. 😀

I had the smothered chicken dinner, hubby had the catfish. Very delicious! Great service! Very inexpensive as well. Chicken was 11.99 , catfish was 9.99.

Great service and delicious food! We had bacon cheeseburgers & side salads. Both were excellent. I had a brownie with peanut butter (fudgy) frosting and ice cream. It was fabulous!! We ordered take-out so we could sit at the picnic table outside.

You won't believe it until you try it! You could go spend $300 at Ruth's Chris steakhouse and get decent food and service, or you could stop by the Corner Cafe and get the best breakfast, burger, or steak for under $20!! Oh, and the service? Also unbelievable!! The service was truly amazing! Super friendly, conscientious, and extremely helpful!

If you're driving through the middle of nowhere and look up to see a sign that says 'Corner Cafe', slam on the brakes and go in!!

This place was amazing today ♡ very very very busy and the lady that was the waitress was amazing. You can tell there was alot of stress but man .... she took orders, cleaned tables, gave food out, gave each customer respect and not for a min did you see a negative look on her face she was amazing thank you. And the food was amazing 👏 for being so busy they still provided eye appealing belly filling yummy food 😋 😀. My ol man even said wow this coffee is amazing (just normal black coffee out the pot)

Always great food, small atmosphere family dining

The food is amazing! I had Aaron’s omelet and yes the mushrooms and ingredients are fresh 🙌🏼 Hubby had all you can eat pancakes and he said they were fluffy and so good. The atmosphere is weird with it being a small very open room but the food was so good that I still gave 5 stars. Oh and the waitress was very nice 😊

Wonderful all-you-can-eat fish dinner. Choose from pollock, perch, clams, smelt, shrimp OR have everything! Great pies, too, if you made room.😋
