I highly recommend the Glass Doctor if you need mirrors. They worked quietly, cleaned the newly installed mirrors, and left their work area spotless. I wish I could give more stars!

Filed insurance claim on New years day, got me in to replace my windshield 3 days later. Super fast, only took them an hour. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.

All I can say is WOW! I needed my windshield replaced and just happened upon Glass Doctor because it was local. Boy, they were fast! Only took a few hours and it was a very reasonable price! The staff is incredibly polite, treats you like family. I will be singing their praises for a long time!

He took the time to answer all of my questions about the glass going in my vehicle and was even able to get me a mobile appointment at my location the same week I called for help. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of auto glass in SW Michigan. They’re the best and stand behind the products & services they provide!

I had an issue after getting a new windshield put in my truck. I called the manager, and he fixed the issue and made it right. This is what great customer service is all about. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Another company refused to do the work. Apparently they didn't know how. I drove passed the store and noticed that Glass Doctor does residential work too, so I called. They came right away, measured the window and ordered the glass. Once the glass came in they installed it without any problems at all. They we're very professional, very polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely call them again if I need to.

For some reason, this is showing up under my granddaughter's name. This is Karen Gamber from Monroe and my husband and I had all our windows replaced in our recently purchased home. All our windows had broken seals and the windows looked foggy and had moisture in between the panes. Josh from Glass Doctor, did an incredible job from the first visit to the last. Very professional and excellent customer service skills. If I had more windows to do, I would definitely call Josh at Glass Doctor in Monroe. Way to go Josh!

The price was very reasonable, way better than what Safelite quoted. The installer was professional, friendly and quick

The price was fair and my car was done in two hours. I will call them again if I break my windshield. Last 2 I've had done were with safelight and they didn't do a good job at all. They had to come back because wind noise was going in my suv. They messed up my rubber trim and said nothing.

Rob was amazing! Pretty much guaranteed that I had insurance coverage and took the time to show me that I did. They’re an authorized dealer for my insurance and the deductible is waived! Love this!

I had an appointment they were on time they did a great job fixing my car window and I was out in 2 hours because it was raining and they wanted to dry around there and it went well I'd recommend it to anybody

They replaced my windshield for me. It really meant a lot to me that they re-adhered my remote start to the windshield, re-hung my rosary around my rearview mirror, and put my stuffed Dalmatian back on the top of the mirror. Past windshield replacements elsewhere did not do ANY of this, which actually ended up being really inconvenient as the remote start would fall off and send my stuffed dog flying into my face as I drove. I needed a window repair and Glass Doctor offered the quickest turnaround time of 5 to 7 business days. A technician came out within hours of my initial call to measure replacement double pane glass and put up a temporary barrier until the repair could be completed. The person who answered the phone and coordinated the repair process, Jennifer, was easy to talk to, friendly and helped me to get the broken window repair scheduled and completed within the specified time frame.
