ProMedica Physicians Neurology - Monroe

Things to expect at promedica neurology :

-Deceitful staff
They have no qualms lying to patients about anything. They will lie about medications and prior auths being sent. They will lie about returned calls/messages, they will lie about referrals being sent to other offices.

-Utter and complete disregard for patients.
It takes about 4+ messages over the course of two weeks to just get in contact with your doctor. They will gaslight you the entire time about trying to contact (people have call logs and voicemails you know?). After your frustrations reach a boiling point, you will ask for an administrator. 5+ requests will go on deaf ears, as you will wait over 2 weeks and told to please wait, they will contact you.

- Doctors will lie about medication and authorizations.
They will claim, they've been sent, when your pharmacy and insurance go thru it, nothing was sent from the doctor, but don't worry the doctor will gaslight you and say they did.

When you leave a poor review detailing all this, they will send you an auto generated review response, to a number they do not check. I've left messages to try to resolve this, and no one ever responds.

In summary, if you or a loved one is in need of care, send them literally anywhere else, this office just doesn't care about it's patients and has shown that time and time with it's callous disregard towards them.
