We had a great lunch. Their French Onion soup was delicious 😋. I could've had that alone. The Swiss Mushroom burger was terrific 👍. I didn't enjoy the carrot cake though 😞 but I can see myself there again 😀

Love this locally owned restaurant! The food is always delicious with generous portions and they have many long time employees. It's nice to see the same faces and receive friendly service!

Most of the time, the food is amazing, but I ordered something different it was chicken Marcela. It was awful the waitress offered to get me something different however I waited so long for it I list my appetite so I said no thanks however instead of taking off my bill I paid $27.99 for a dish a gave my dogs!

The food was very good, from the lobster mac and cheese, to the scallop potatoes and sirloin steak. The portions are large and definitely enough for the price. Service was quick and even with a minor issue about an overcooked steak they handled things professionally and swiftly. We will definitely return to try other menu options.

Food was made from quality products. Lettuces & other produce were fresh AND small batch (assumption based on quality). After reading reviews, I'm sad I didn't try the French onion soup. However! We did have the club sandwich, a chicken wrap, fries & side salad. All of which were plentiful and tasty. Thank you. Staff was a bit too "classic diner" for the desired atmosphere & price. Hence the 4 star. It's probably an age thing. I thought the dining room was a bit too dark, which is the reason for that 4 star. I'll be back! Thank you for the meal.

We had our Annual Retirees Christmas party at Michigan Bar & Grill again this year. Everything turned out perfect, the food & service was excellent! Thank you to our wonderful waitresses!

Stopped by for dinner tonight, the wife and I both had the pork chops with caramelized apples and they were amazing! They should really consider putting it on their full time menu. Nice, clean atmosphere, staff was very friendly and attentive.

Great steakhouse. Nice dark ambiance in the bar area. Quick and friendly service, never ran out of Dr. Pepper. Nice cut of meat. Wish they'd offer Prime Rib on a day OTHER than the weekend. Everyone else in town does as well. And I'm never in town on the weekend, so I'll never try it. Such is life. This place's P.R. is probably good.

We found this place by accident, due to the original place being closed. And was very satisfied with the last minute change up.
I ordered the Chicken Alfredo with linguine noodles, side salad, and delicious bread that came to the table. The sauce is DELICIOUS! BEST take out Alfredo I've eaten!
My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and coleslaw. The bun look fantastic! The fries were yummy with the right amount of crisp. The coleslaw was great too. Everything that came to the table, including the attentive waitress, was just wonderful. We will be back;)

Excellent restaurant, big parking. Good attention and excellent seasoning. A quiet and peaceful environment perfect to spend a pleasant moment with your family, you can see immediately that it is a restaurant with tradition in Monroe. 100% recommend it

We came up to Monroe to partake in some of the 420 festivities and were greeted by Taylor and Penelope, at the bar. Absolutely grateful for both of them and making our experience great! 😊

We enjoy their Prime Rib Stroganoff Dinner special, and they have Awesome jumbo meaty tradition Wings! They serve Pepsi products, and have a separated bar section. Their coffee is just plain, nothing special. They change their lunch and dinner special each day, so we call 1st before we go. The Outside looks okay but the inside looks amazing. I love the stained glass throughout​. They have lots of room for parking.

Very good food, I was mad at first my kids didn't get to see the saganaki on fire but life happens Dena made it a very pleasant experience with a stand up attitude and sheer honesty.

Wonderful restaurant. Come often from Southgate to dine here. Food is hot, delicious, and plentiful. No complaints only compliments. No matter what I order, I am satisfied. The carrot cake desert is fabulous. Dined here again on February 11, 2024. My guests and I ordered the prime rib. Everyone was satisfied with their meal.

We stopped expecting a typical bar and grill and my mind was changed after just walking in. It was so beautiful on the inside and much larger than I thought. We sat at the bar and watched the football game that was on. The lady behind the bar was great! Very friendly and helpful! The food was amazing also!

Very good food in a cool bar/restaurant style place. The bar looked great. Staff were good, it was busy.
