Bought my daughter her favorite car for her 16th birthday. A few months in, the trans took a dump. Months later and thousands of dollars more (used transmission) to a car service shop, I was told nothing else could be done and to try and part out the car or sell it for someone to part it out. The car sat for months at the house while I tried to figure out something. Then, one day I had that itch a limped the car to Bill’s as someone followed me. A few weeks later, Bill called and told me the car was good to go. I couldn’t believe it!!!! They made a few adjustments and put the trans oil in the RIGHT WAY and bam!!! The car was back, but the best part was Bill was completely HONEST about it and only charged me a few hundred dollars. He could of easily deceived me and took more money, but just talking to him, you can tell he’s one of the good ones left out there! I recommend his service to anyone thinking about going!!

This is the only place I'll go for transmission work. They treat you like family. Bill is such a friendly guy and gave me a great price. I told him I was doing some work on my wife's vehicle and he even gave me a can of rust penetrating lubricant that was extremely hard to get. Thanks for everything Bill's Transmission! I cant say enough positive about this place. Bill is an amazing guy and his support and help is what made me from fully Giving up. They did a transmission and also looked into multiple other problems I was having with the truck and even bended to make sure that I was taken care of as well. They did a great job at explaining everything to me and even when I had an issue after getting the truck back they took care of it above and beyond..

Bill is a great guy. The mcanics there are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Had a transmission installed in my 2005 F250. Fast service and everything works great. Prices seamed fair to me. Great shop!

Bill’s transmission in Monroe Michigan. They put a used Transmission in my Audi and also serviced the transmission in my Jaguar. They did an outstanding job on both my vehicles. The trans in my 2005 silverado went out (244,000 miles). I had 4 people who don't know each other tell me to take it to Bills. Well they were right....this is the place to go. They do not get more honest than these guys. I've had the truck back for a few months now. Wanted to get some miles on it before writting this review. The truck runs great...they did a great job and the price was very fair. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone. This is where ill be going if needed for any of my vehicles. These guys were practically the only local shop that was willing to rebuild the trans on my 07 Saab 9-7x, which is essentially a GM product. They got the job done in about a week and they charged a fair price given the extent of the work. I even took the car back for some suspension work and they had the car done in a few days and again at a fair price. They are honest people that don't try to bs you like some shops. I am defiantly going coming back here if i need work done in the future.

Just a strait up guy. I had my old classic car's transmission rebuilt here. He did it in record time and it shifts as smooth as it did 35 years ago. I got a good vibe when I first walked in and I was definitely not disappointed. I have more work to be done, they do more than transmissions, and I wouldn't give it a second thought about going here. I will recommend this shop to anyone who has a transmission issue. Thumbs Up!

I had a great experience at Bill's Transmission. My car was in bad shape after being in the hands of a backyard mechanic and Bill was able to sort through all the problems quickly and do it for a grear price. He even saved me a ton of money on genuine Subaru parts! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for clutch replacement work to be done!

Called a few places around to price out how much to replace or rebuild a gm 4t65e-hd and this place seemed to have alot of knowledge about why these fail. So I decided on Bill's transmission to do the work. Dropped it off and they confirmed it was indeed a shot trans and decided to do a full rebuild and add and external cooler out of the stock one. Work was completed in about 1.5 weeks(due to needing some extra parts which are not commonly found) they took a look around to make sure everything else was in good working order and found rusted trans lines, a bad motor mount, and a broken ac compressor and called to see if I would like to address the issues while the subframe was dropped knowing how difficult it is to get to the bottom end of this vehicle. Recieved the car back in good working order and was shown what work was done were, and even kept the old parts to show. Good attention to detail like looming the cooler lines so they can't be seen through the grill. Will be updating in 6 months on longevity but so far awesome work from a local business!

Won’t take a transmission repair anywhere else, good on cost, knows what their doing, these kind of repair places are hard to come by. They can get backed up but it’s expected for a quality repair place. Very knowledgeable and great people that work there that have been doing transmission work for a very long time.

Bill was honest about my problem , completed the diagnostic and what he thought I should do. Never charged me for his time. In addition, I was in a time crunch, and he got the vehicle back ad promised. Super experience, thank you Bill.

Great job on replacing the clutch for a 2006 Saturn Ion. This is the only place I will go to for a transmission repair.
