Front Street Diner

Went in one morning for breakfast takeout for the family and myself. Waited until I got there to order instead of over the phone. The staff was super nice and helpful when I had questions about the menu since it was my first time dining here as well. The breakfast was really good. I went back the following day for lunch takeout for myself and got the super club. It was excellent and the chicken noodle soup is very good as well. Also recommend the dried mushrooms.

Breakfast and good coffee all day long! THE BEST Western Omelet I can remember ever having at a Coney type diner. Full of flavor! Our waitress, Cassie, was fantastic and helped make our dining experience that much better. Coffee was fresh and as my very critical coffee-expert wife said, "Very good!" We'll be back next time we're camping at Sterling State Park.

Great place. Best secret in Monroe. Very Good portions. Fairly wide assortment of selections. Highly recommend. We've only had breakfasts but they were delicious.

The food was excellent and the waitress...was SUPER awesome!!! She went over and beyond expectations!!! The food is ALWAYS very good there, as well as service...but the young woman was especially gracious and helpful! My sister likes her coffee extremely hot, and the waitress extra heated each cup in the microwave! 🤗

We'll definitely be stopping back out here. From the seating and atmosphere to the excellent menu, this place had everything we expect in a local diner.

The food was very good. We got omelettes, french toast, and biscuits and gravy. Service was great as well. Nice to find a good family run spot to support locally.

Great local place, quick service, good prices, friendly staff! Food is good too! I had tuna melt with fries(fries served hot and crispy!) and my friend here had apple french toast, more like a dessert! Good cup of coffee as well!

HEADS UP!!!🍴We went and had lunch and It was Sooo Dam fantastic!! JORGE has been the cook for 4 months and his cooking was so DELICIOUS that I thought I was in a dream! The cheeseburger🍔was cooked/seasoned to perfection with fresh tomatoes🍅🧅onions and lettuce🥬. The chicken strips, when you bite into it there’s NOT a rough edge in sight and it’s so tender. Go now while he’s the Chef! Hopefully he stays and no one finds out about him and grabs him up. Give that man a RAISE!! Also Sophia our beautiful waitress was quick and courteous. She was the one who mentioned Jorge when I asked who the cook was. His name sounds like Horhey ok? So that you know. Also the fish 🐟. Crispy battered and awesome as well. I want to go back but it’s it’s 4:40am.😝

I was minding my bald headed business today after a long exhausting week of adulting (Idk who signed me up for this adulting thing but it surely wasn’t me) when I decided to take myself to brunch. I chose front street diner because I stoped in there once to pick up an order for my friend and the staff was super kind. I told myself I would go back and never got around to it until today.

When I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome- I felt like they knew me (they didn’t) they said “sit anywhere you’d like” so I sat and I was greeted by my server- she gave me some time to look over the menu but I needed extra time because there were a lot of options I could choose from. I landed on the vegetarian omelette, with home fries, and pancakes. Chillllleeee it didn’t miss. I ended up with 2 servers which wasn’t a problem at all because they were working as a team and I loved to see it.

I felt at home here and I’ll definitely go back. Shot out to Sofia and Megan for doing an amazing job. 🫶🏾

I visited front Street diner on an early Saturday morning, for as busy as this place was I was greeted quickly and had my coffee filled. I tried their country skillet for my first time. I've had this many other places and this is one of the best. I enjoyed the service. I will visit again.

Had the bean and ham soup. Just like home. Then the loose burger that to was excellent.
Son had the burger said it was very good. Service is great. Will go again.

Front street diner my favorite diner eat at in Monroe food isn’t expensive to eat there I always ask for a gift card during holidays I can keep on going my favorite food I order is hungry man breakfast sometimes I order there lamb gyro comes with fries or a side salad I get both

I loveeee this little diner!! The food is amazing we come 1-2 times a week. The quesadilla and Greek chicken salad is amazing!!! The girls are so friendly and sweet here. I have a few favorites that always are over the top! 😊 if you haven’t tried this place you need to go asap!

I live in Cleveland and we drop by for breakfast. The staff were very welcoming! I had a skillet and my Hubby had the omelette 🤤, it was the best I've had. Fresh food and speedy service. Also, very clean establishment!

My visit here was amazing. It was our first time trying it and I would strongly recommend from the friendly staff to the amazing food along with the over all atmosphere it's a good place to take a family or just yourself.

We love the food and they are super nice even when we do carry out. Highly recommend

First off, this place had the best ham & cheese omelette I ever tasted. Service was fast and efficient. Also, the staff was very polite and welcoming. When I get back to Michigan this will be a must stop for sure.
