Hands down the best place to go in Monroe, better yet, in this region. Kris and the crew were quick to get my van in on the second day, which required multiple requests (trans leak, thermostat change, and sway bar links). They contacted me early on Tuesday morning and had it done by the end of the day. He explained, in awesome detail, what was found, per my requests. Friendly and down-to-earth customer service. If we ever need any future work done on our vehicle, we WILL be back. God Bless!

They did a lot of work in a short time. I waited a while to make sure all was good. And it is. Good service and kind and helpful workers. This is the second car they've fixed for us. And I'd go there again.

Had to have the truck towed. Paul’s called and let me know it was on their lot, they also asked detailed questions about what was going on with the truck and how long. They called the next morning and told me the status ruling out what I thought it might be. They called again once they had the problem solved. Paul’s has great communication keeping me informed each step of the way. While there, I added a few extra items to the list. They once again kept me informed on the additions. Great people! I now have my Go To place! Forgot to mention John! He’s the man!

Kyle got me in and out same day. Went in to replace the blower for the heater on my '12 Cadillac SRX. As it turns out some furry, nut-loving critter made a home and clogged up my internal air filter and intake. Kyle did some extra work to make sure my intake was clean. Back on the road same day. Fast, fair, efficient and friendly.

A few days ago my wife and I were out of town. When we started back home my check engine light came on.so I pulled over checked the oil, it was good checked the cooling system and it was good. We drove home. The next day I brought our van in to get it checked out. There were quite a few cars trucks ahead of mine. They said that they would get it in, take a look and give me a call. I got a call the next day. I was expecting it to be there a week if not more.
I was glad to hear the They were able to fix it, and we git the van back the next day.
I have had several vehicles repair there and have been pleased with there work.
I highly recommend this professional automotive repair business.

Employees are friendly and attentive. Very knowledgeable. Explanation of my vehicle's issue was very detailed and they gave me all the information and then some. Repair itself was performed professionally, they explained the repair process with a lot of detail.

I can't say enough good about this place. I took my 2003 Saturn VUE to A1 Auto and they couldn't read the codes because GM doesn't make car anymore. They said it needed to go to the dealer. I took it to dealer and they couldn't fix it because GM doesn't make parts for it anymore. They said it was probably not fixable. After I expressed the sentimental value to me (mom bouggt brand new, took excellent care of it and left it to me when she passed), they said try Paul's Automotive. If there was a way to fix it, they are my best chance. I took it Paul's Automotive and low and behold after 2 months and 3 mechanics it's back on they road. They (Chris was our mechanic) fixed it and had it back to me in a week and for a fair price. I am SO grateful! They will get every auto job we need done from now on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAUL'S AUTOMOTIVE!!

Had a great experience with Paul's. I had been to another dealership about 5 times for an intermittent problem with my vehicle. Each time leaving without answers. Kyle was through, (even though I had to take it in twice to find the problem) he was helpful in explaining what he thought it was. He listened and didn't make me feel like I was crazy like the other place did. I will be a return customer!

Have been bringing my vehicle to Paul's for service for the last year or so. I have been very happy with the service I have recieved. Always prompt, fair prices and accommodating. Only place I would trust to bring European.

Genuinely just super nice staff, I could really tell they weren't trying to screw me over and I was able to get my car fixed and out in a timely manor.

Excellent service. Explained repairs in detail. Had truck in garage for a very minimal amount of time for repairs that was performed. Highly recommend.
