Recently had an implant put in and omg I was so nervous. Dr. Bauer put on relaxing tunes. His assistant Cynthia has excellent bedside manners, she made me feel comfortable and helped me stay calm through the drilling in my mouth. They’re a great team, I’m so glad she was by my side.

I’m typically scared to visit the dentist and then I started going to Great Expressions in Monroe, NY. Everyone from Dr. Bauer to the hygienist, Cynthia, have been great! Cynthia is so welcoming and warm she makes me laugh and I end up being relaxed. She’s great and so is everyone else at this office!

What a great first experience at the Monroe facility. Dawn at the front desk and Deanna the hygienist were both so kind, helpful, professional, and accommodating. Very pleased.

They are the nicest people and took the time to answer. Every question I asked.

Dr. Lizzio and the entire team are fantastic! I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist office and starting with the office staff when you walk in, everyone in the back, to billing when you walk out is incredibly patient. Thank you for getting me through a painless dental visit!

I thought they all were very accommodating and pleasant. I’m going to send my husband there bu no shots just gas for him. His teeth look disgusting and I am embarrassed by them. I hope he goes and has a pleasant experience like it did.

Front desk staff was wonderful and greeted me the second I walked in the door, made me feel very welcome. The assistant was very nice and helpful, made my X-rays super quick and easy. The hygienist is fantastic, my teeth have never felt so clean. Dr Myers is very knowledgeable, made sure I understood the treatment I need and why I needed it. I would definitely recommend the Monroe office to anyone looking for a great dental office!

The staff here did AMAZING with my daughter!! She was terrified of going to the dentist since it was her first time, I told the staff this and the were beyond accommodating. They explained everything to her as they were doing it and even made games out of things they were doing so it was a fun experience for her. My kid wants to go back to the dentist which I never dreamed of happening. I HIGHLY recommend this office!!!

I am the biggest chicken ever and HATE going to the dentist but the dr there was the best most patient and understanding doctor that I ever had. He had a great tone of voice and spoke with passion and knowledge. I like how he explained prior what he was going to do and performed them precisely!! I now feel more comfortable to go back and get other work done with out fear or apprehension!

Had my first visit today. Lee Ann, the hygentist, was very thorough and informative. Dr.Myers was great, polite and professional. I am so glad that I switched to this office. I feel very confident in their ability. The staff was all very friendly.

Excellent staff at this location—always professional. Grace had been assisting me with different services since the beginning, and has always been kind, professional and concerned. Leann is an excellent hygienist—professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I highly recommend this location of Great Expressions.
