Terrible customer service. Spent 6000$ on two auto doors. One of which not functioning properly and will not send a new control board without receiving old unit first. People rely on these. Unacceptable in this industry. Someone is unable to leave their house because of this and they are more focused on receiving their control board which probably costs about 10$ for them to produce. Unbelievable
