Had a wonderful experience here recently. You can always tell when people have truly studied their craft and folks like Jake are a prime example. I told him the situation I was in (which was not a good one) and he walked me through a few different solutions and made sure of how each option would effect my bill, all with a smile on his face. I had minimal money to work with at the time and desperately needed a phone. While I don't know how exactly he made it happen, he made sure I walked out with everything I need with what little I had on me. An absolute bang for buck. Jake is a true professional! Get that man a raise!

Every time I walk into this store everyone is always so amazing! I have never had a problem or needed something and it not get taken care of! Josh always knows how to make the best out of even the worst situations and get things fixed!

Zack hands down is the best one there! Super helpful, and he’s the only one I’d trust with my phone or any electronics. Also super knowledgeable!

Josh and Gerald did such an amazing job helping us switch from AT&T! They took their time to help us with everything possible, including Josh going to another store to get us 2 more liquid screen protectors because they had 1 in store and we needed 3 total. Definitely a recommend here! 💚

The new store manager is really cute. He helped me get a really good deal on my phone upgrade and phone plan. He wasn’t the one to do my transfer but he did all the brainwork for me. (But for real, he’s really cute)

today my family and i came in to switch services and phones, we were lucky enough to have josh with us for the whole experience. He was patient, kind, honest and transparent about everything. I am so glad we came here and switched our services. it got pretty busy in the store, but everyone was patient and josh was very attentive to us but also greeted the others as they came in. amazing customer service! thank you guys so much for such a wonderful experience!

Just switched my family over from Verizon and let me tell you, I've never had a customer service experience quite like it. I don't usually write review's but the world needs to know how awesome this store is. Marlin made it easy to switch - totally painless. Gave us detailed, easy to understand answers. Got us the phones that fit our needs and loaded us with promos. He also made sure we got every last thing switched over from our old phones. Orlando was very helpful in the process as well whenever he wasn't helping another customer. I would and will highly recommend this store to anybody. T-Mobile is lucky to have such nice assets to their team. Keep up the awesome work guys!

This is an awesome store!! Whenever I have a problem with my phone or I want to pay my bill, I always get greeted with a smile and a hello!! They even say my name!! I hope that Merlan and Gabriel are there for as long as the store is!!

We had a fantastic experience at this T-Mobile location! We worked with Marlin, he was so knowledgeable and friendly, got our phones switched over seamlessly, set up our new WiFi plus gave us some swag!
