Sam is a great guy! Ever since I have gone to his locations I receive great service and great phones. They are willing to go over and beyond to help you and make your situation right. The stores are very clean, the employees are always kind, and helpful. If you want great service and respect, stick to this store! You won't be disappointed

I came in with a phone problem. Jennifer was very fast and efficient and did wonderful with moving my things from one phone to another. I would recommend coming to see her when you can.

Hands down the best store in the area, friendly, fast and polite. Had a virus and the man fixed me up.

My Dad and I have been dealing with Sam for quite awhile now and he's ALWAYS been very friendly and absolutely helpful with anything we have come into the store for.... He takes his time to explain things and walk you thru everything. My Dad is a Senior and Sam's really helped out explaining and fixing many things for him. We are very pleased with the service Sam provides at his store, and will ALWAYS be coming back... I recommend him/ this store !!

Jennifer assisted me with activation and the whole experience was great with her! Super friendly, helpful, professional, and so much more! I highly recommend this location and if you can make it in on her shift....you will leave a satisfied customer! I didn't catch the gentleman's name working with her tonight, but he also went out of his way to try and find me Items I needed for a phone. That's actually been discontinued. Thank you for your help.

The girl was very helpful but I didn't like the 31 dollars she charged me for a phone that all I've had trouble with from day ONE

It sucked.. and I got charged 30. 0 to transfer contacts. Then it was posted as a phone charger purchase. Something smells really bad about the whole visit,and business trans action.

I went in there for a screen protector and ended with something close enough due to.my old phone, it has to be ordered and the staff got one that was for another phone and tried it. IT WORKED PERFECTLY, they took the time to try it out just to satisfy me. Which I really appreciate.
