Only a few of the workers are super friendly. There are three morning workers who are completely amazing, I believe their names are Jan, Michelle and Felicia, they always know what I need as far as smokes, always have them ready, I’m usually in and out quick even on a busy morning. They definitely don’t get enough credit for what they do…

Staff is always so friendly, they take great care of you! The store has a wide selection of drinks, snacks and they have lots of things for travelers on the go who may need some extra stuff. Highly recommend!!

They have everything that I need. The cashiers are always friendly, and willing to answer any questions that I have. The restrooms were extremely clean, and smelled clean as well. They have a great selection of snacks and drinks. Always love stopping here for supplies for a long car trip.

I don't usually review gas stations or chain restaurants but this place went the extra mile when my daughter left her phone there. They heal it in their safe for us until we could make it back 2 days later. The subs were great too.

Wow, I can say the workers are very nice and helpful. It is small but clean, no toe nails in the shower, very clean. And the manager lady keyle help me with my CB. Also there are only a few parking spaces. But a great place. There are few good places to eat around the pilot truck stop.

These people are awesome! My husband accidentally lost his car key here when we were on a long road trip. We did not know it was missing until 350 miles later when we got our next gas fill-up. I called this station and they mailed the key to my home at no charge. They were amazing!!!!!!

I drive OTR and I was passing through on 75 and my wife and I needed to back up our phones so we went in and bought the 4 hour deal, after paying for it we had issues signing in and Brandon literally took AT LEAST 30 minutes and helped us get online. He went way beyond his normal duties to help us and they were busy and I felt so terrible taking up his time but he was adamant about helping us and he did a WONDERFUL job, Thanks Brandon, that store is blessed to have you as a employee!!!!

Shower was small but extremely clean and the water was HOT!! Very few parking spots and they are tight but my experience here has been great!!

Friendly Employees, Clean Bathrooms, Clean Showers, Premium WiFi running at 80 Megabytes per second, 24/7 Subway. Short Walk to Dennys, IHOP 24/7, Mexican Restaurant, Wendys, a Bar, CrackerBarrel, and Taco Bell. There’s only 15 spots so get here at 7am or park across the street at the T.A.

On demand fresh brew coffee is one of the best in Monroe. Great staff, always trying to make that place welcoming and clean.

My favorite gas station in the whole world! Every single staff in this establishment is awesome. With the exception of the male manager. Sometimes he's extremely rude.

I go here everyday. The subway makes my lunch most days. Friendly staff, they have everything you'd think a truck stop gas station would have.

While traveling I (a single mother) would highly suggest going to truck stops. I believe they are more safe than other stops on the road and normally gas prices are cheaper than other gas stations

In my experience, Pilot truck stops are always clean, well maintained, and have staff that is both friendly and professional.

It's a gas station but at the same time they sell all sorts of crazy as knick knacks for your car. Be careful you'll walk out spending $1,000

Perfect place to stop in for a coffee & anything else you might want or need. Very nice inviroment & the people are very nice & helpful.

It's a great place to fuel up your car or truck or whatever you are driving. They have everything an treat you like family!!!!
