McDonald's

The place was pretty busy, so I placed a mobile order for my iced coffee then used the restroom... My husband said my coffee was ready before I even entered the hallway! My stepdaughter wanted some food so I used my mobile app again to order 2 SEC McMuffins (because there were 5 people in line)... Before my confirmation came through our food was ready!!! Very clean. Very friendly. Food was good! VERY FAST!

We had supper here as we didn't want to waste time trying to find something else. Typical McD value and quality. Nice location with views. You could do worse!

We were trying to arrive before the 11 am cut off of breakfast. Got stuck at the toll booth with traffic.

He went into the back searched around and found the last muffin and last biscuit and got the cook to make it for us.

Egg McMuffin was really the best we have ever had.
5 ⭐ stars.

The biscuit was crispy on the outside soft on the inside.
Excellent.

Really, out of all the McDonald's I have ever ate at. The food was fresh and good. The place kept clean. I am very impressed with this McDonald's.

This was a clean McDonald's, the food was good and located in a nice area with a safe vibe. No complaints with the location. Good place to stop on the UP side before or after crossing the bridge. If in UP this could be last option for a while.

This McDonald's is doing breakfast RIGHT!!! It was the best hashbrown I've ever had. Hot , crispy, not greasy at all...which tells me that their oil is right temp and fresh oil. Good sausage Egg McMuffin as well

The food was okay I had a six-piece chicken nugget which. However we did not dine in the Drive-Thru service was very good!

Young guy (didn’t catch his name but he had a mustache and was working the floor) had good service and was friendly. Solid employee

There was no line, a very nice lady waited on us and the food was ready quickly. Order was correct. It was very clean including the restrooms. It does have wheelchair accessibility. And if you sit in the right spot you have a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Lots of parking!

St. Ignace mcdonalds was great. Super fast service

Hit the drive though not knowing they were closing in a few minutes, Jackson was amazing.

Katie was very professional while taking and filling our order. She was very patient with us as we decided what we wanted to order. Our order was accurate, fast and hot. Would stop here again when in the area. Keep up the great work!

It's an updated location with the food you expect from McDonald's. We noticed that the drink prices are higher than we are used to, but $2 for a large soft drink is okay for a tourist area.

Cheboygan McDonald's is still not open yet so I drove to st ignace last night for dinner. The older lady working last night who I believe was the manager was very polite. The crew was very organized. The young lady that took my order was really polite. Everyone was so friendly and organized. Great job everyone.

Great experience here (first McD in the UP off the Mackinac Bridge). Super clean restrooms, great view, and fantastic vibes in the dining room. The lady serving us made sure I got FRESH coffee (at 6 p.m.!!) even though her shift was ending 🥰

This location rocks! As an NMU student from downstate, I stopped at this location every time I drove back and forth from school. The employees are by far the friendliest McDonald’s employees. I always left with a smile on my face, even in the middle of a 7 hour car ride. I once got stuck here when the bridge was closed for over 5 hours. The employees were incredibly accommodating to everyone in the restaurant and kept it clean even though it was packed all day. They talked to the guests and gave us updates about the bridge closure. This location should be commended for their awesome work!!

Amazing service. Dedicated employees continued to take orders well after closing time. We placed our drive thru order 8 min before closing and had our food in our vehicle in less than 4 minutes. Outstanding :)

They were extremely busy, but really moving the line well. The food was hot, and done well. Employees were smiling and friendly. If I had to have a negative the toppings on the burgers were really light. One tiny piece of onion (love onions) and a pickle. My wife takes hers off, so she was fine with it. It was still good, and fast!
