This is a pleasant diner with great food, friendly staff. If you’re in St Ignace and looking for a place to eat, this is an enjoyable place to hit up and prices are reasonable… They offer some deserts / take-outs that are also very VERY good… I live in the UP and make a point to stop in here anytime I’m in the area, as such, this review comes after multiple positive experiences!

Very good, freshly made homestyle breakfasts. We were here on a Monday morning in February and the locals made for some great conversation. Cook was making fruit pies in the kitchen. We'll come back to this spot when we're driving through Michigan.

Upon walking in you're immediately greeted with warm,sunshiney& friendly smiles & service from the staff. Deanna was very respectful & prompt! The food was fresh,fast & amazing! Quaint & locally owned,the owners welcome your patronage!.I will return & highly recommend!!! Thank You

Really good food at a great price. My advice is if u plan on going here, go early or u will be waiting awhile. I was fortunate to get there right after they opened and quickly after we got seated the place filled up. Some people ended up not waiting long and leaving. There was only one waitress. She was very fast and efficient. Again, this place is smaller. But the food is very good and at a great price. The place has a 50’s feel to it and a blast from the past.

Quaint and lovely! Friendly small family diner with tasty and reasonably priced meals. Came here with my family while on vacation and we were happy to have stopped in here! The breakfast came out quick and the eggs were done perfect. Had a piece of cherry pie to treat myself since folks in the shop were raving about the pies and was not disappointed! Super tasty homemade pies!

One of the BEST places to eat in St. Ignace. Friendly service and fast take out as well. Wish there was better parking but can't ding them on that. Friendly over all!!

One could argue that this place could be "better" in so many ways...yet, somehow, it is "perfect" just the way it is! Good food and good prices. Full of local personality. I loved absolutely everything about it (including the "bad").

The pasties were delicious. Whitefish portion on our salad was very generous. Thank you!

Beware that breakfast ends at 11- other than that, amazing experience. Great food and incredibly friendly staff. A huge staple for up north. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often. Cool piece of history too.

We missed another popular place by 15 minutes, But this place was around the way a bit,, & these nice people were open til 2. We walked in at like 1:40. The service was great! [We left the car parked and walked along the main street, up to the Marina.]

St Ignace, Michigan, Bentley’s perfect breakfast, pasties with gravy? Loved it. It is a welcome place to Upper Peninsula, lot’s of shops, motels, rides to Mackinaw, you can have a good taste of chocolate fudge and ice cream without going to an island.

Patty was awesome! Stopped in today looking for ice cream in the middle of winter and she took great care of us! We will certainly come back for a fresh burger soon! Really awesome environment!

Great diner style restaurant with delish food and friendly folk. Had lunch then took some sticky buns to go for tomorrow morn

A to the adorable! My perfectly cooked cheeseburger and homemade fries were delectable. The charming old timey Diner atmosphere was so welcoming. Homemade pies and outdoor seating made this dog owner super happy, especially, during covid times. More affordable and better quality then Mackinaw prices. Glad I made the trip over the bridge today.

We love Bentley’s! We are there both days we were in St. Ignace! We had the breakfast pasties and coffee and both were so good! We loved it and highly recommend this wonderful place!

Nice small diner with good food and service. The pies look fantastic, and the rest of the menu is really good. Standout items were the pasties, and the bacon, which was thick cut and perfectly cooked.

When we are up in St. Ignace we always come here for homemade pie daily. No matter what kind they have they are all good. Go early for best options and availability.
