I went here for duck food and I found this amazing puppy, her name is daisy. When we had opened the duck food it was moldy and all clumpy because of water (it stank and was just ewwwww) , so we brought it back and they happily exchanged the bag with no question or difficulties. Apparently this has been happening because of a werid shipment, we got another bag and again moldy, so we are going back again! But the customer service is 300/10 stars and they make it easy! Give these people a raise!!! EDIT: we went back and they opened another bag in front of us and was instantly grossed out by the mold, they gave us another bag and had told us it was free after everything we went through

Have been looking four a bee smoker. Found here, good price, help finding this item on the top shelf. It is out of season. Live the folks at this. Some prices are higher than bug box store but the attention and service make it worth it. Most of the time but a few things we do get something's elsewhere because price.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. If you have a homestead or small farm, they likely have what you need.

Best darn store around for any of your small farm and larger farming needs. I'm always able to get the food I need for my guinea fowl and the pet food is extremely high quality.

I go here for many things. They are very helpful, knowledgeable. Ive gone here for years for my animals, cat, dog, chickens and pigs. Soon i will purchase a Sargento collar for my cat for fleas and ticks- excellent collar for 7+ months.

Been coming here many years... lots of options for your pets of all types... growing things ...flowers and garden plants.

To all the dog owners that bring your dogs with you... If they bite don't bring them or don't ask an employee to put your items into your car where the dog is. My fiancee works here and just got bit by a Rottweiler in some man's car because he was doing his job. Sorry this isn't a review, just hoping people will see this and think before letting a stranger that's just doing thier job near your pet that could harm them... This store is great and the employees work very hard to please the customers. I couldn't imagine if this had been worse or if that dog had gotten out and hurt someone else.

This store has a wide variety of things. Pet foods, soil, plant supplies, tools, paint, just to name a few things. Staff is very friendly! Love Nermal the kitty that lives at the shop, very friendly as well! This is the only company that stocks the large bags of vermiculite that I use in my garden.
