Went here for an Amazon return and they were really great. Quick service and friendly. Had my refund in my account before I even got out of the store!

I frequent this location usually for self service printing but as of late, I’ve needed some assistance whether it be with a bigger printing project or finding an item in the store. Everyone is always so, so friendly & willing to help, the store is always kept clean & stocked as well.

We use Ipostal services, and Wendy goes above and beyond to take care of us. Wendy gives exceptional customer services

Lacy in the print shop goes above and beyond every time I order for our business. She has the best customer service I have seen in a while. She is ready to greet each person with a smile, even though I am sure there are many times she has to deal with stressful situations. Thank you Lacy for always helping me out!

Helen greeted us at the door and directed us to the office chairs. She professionally and courteously answered all our questions. We bought a Lazy Boy chair and a protective mat and are very pleased with both.

I stopped by Staples this evening to pick up some colored pencils and walked out with this Melissa and Doug Car Carrier. Super excited, Christmas shopping started.😉

My client is in Grand Blanc. I am not. So I was completely dependent on Staples of Grand Blanc to produce, cut and matte a marketing piece that my client would see before I even did! And wow, Ryan and others in the printing area were SO helpful. They were ahead of schedule, despite a limited staff, and the client loved the quality!

I’ve used their print services a few times and each time the results were of a high quality and in a timely manner.
The most recent was a small banner which turned out better than I expected and am very happy with it.

The staffs who take passport photos go above and beyond! They have a lot of patience! Thank you!

I printed programs for my Brother's memorial. There was an issue with the document upload and the staff called to make sure it was correct and waited for me to upload the correct document before printing. Amelia and Amanda were very helpful and even had the programs folded when I picked them up. Small acts of kindness go a long way during hard times.

Thanks so much for the help. 1/23/19 @ 3:00 pm I wish I would have got his name he showed me how to pull a return label off my phone email it to the store so they could print it for me to return something I have purchased I could not believe the amount of time you took with me I don't think I've had service like this in a long time I can't believe I didn't get his name if you get this whoever you are thank you !

My experience at staples was really great. I went in to buy a gaming chair and got help right away. An employee by the name of josh helped me out, and the chair was wheeled out to my car because it was fairly heavy. I'm happy with how it went.

Scott helped me with purchasing printers for our business. He was very knowledgeable and made me confident in my purchase of 6 printers. Was cheaper pricing then amazon plus got expert advise.

The print section of the Staples has gone out of their way to make sure we love what we get printed. Much appreciated! Keep up the good work and we will see you soon.

Staff on the sales floor were very helpful & knowledgeable. The cashier was as nice (maybe even nicer) than others in the store. An excellent shopping experience!

Super friendly. Staff always greets and asks if I need help finding anything. I don't visit often, but when I do they've always had great service.

Staff was incredibly accommodating regarding my returning old electronics for recycling. I can't thank them enough for making a frazzled day better.

Had a problem with a new printer. I called up to the store and the Manager was waiting at the door practically with my replacement. Service like that is irreplaceable anymore. Thanks again guys. I'll be back!!!
