Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of higher end cosmetics. But they often have testers and samples, so you can try stock items, which I find helpful. Staff trained in makeup techniques and can assist and advise you.

This may be my new favourite place to shop for cosmetics. The personnel were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Blaire was amazing. She was very friendly and welcoming from the start and gave me advice that really helped making sure my purchase was the right one for me. I will definitely be coming back

This is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to and I won’t be shopping with the company again after today, 1 it was dirty there samples were all crusted over and looked unsanitary, 2 they refused to refund 2 items that I had bought a week prior because I didn’t have my receipt and that’s so weird because I put in all of my info when I made the purchase you’d think that being a beauty insider member with Sephora would allow them to view my purchase history but evidently not.

Horrible experience. I was never greeted. The girls ignored me as I tried asking questions. I ended up walking out.
