I recently purchased a home with Lorraine Duffy as my realtor and she is the listing agent on the house I am selling. Lorraine is highly professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. She helped me find the perfect home and we negotiated to the price point I needed. She assisted in finding a home inspector and title company . The buying process went very smoothly, keeping me informed of all dates I needed to have inspections and paperwork completed by. I will post a separate review after the sale of my house. My wife and I attempted to obtain documents and disclosures about a listing of theirs and the listing agent, Lorraine, said she would send them the following day. After numerous attempts to contact her we were able to get her on the phone AFTER the property had gone under contract. She did not think it would be necessary to send them out or to even entertain backup offers in the event of the initial offer falling through. I can't speak to the rest of this agency but this one agent in particular was rather rude to my wife and unresponsive. If you list with her just hope your first offer never falls through.
