My first time here was absolutely amazing! You feel a calm presence as soon as you walk thru the door. Definitely will be going back!

I have been following Dragon Star Creations through its journey since I was just 7 years old. From the Sanford locations to the newest in Kennebunk, Dragon Star has always been my go-to magick and metaphyiscal shop. I can't say enough good things about this shop- the owner as well as staff are kind and very knowledgeable, the items are high quality, and the atmosphere is enchanting.
With the addition of the Maine Renaissance Faire, tea talks, and other events, this little shop has become a hub and community for witches and practicioners of magic and healing arts.
My highlights for this shop would include the amazing selection of crystals, beautiful statuettes of deities and faery folk, and the diverse jewelry selection featuring symbolism.
If you are touring Southern Maine, be sure to stop at the shop with the big dragon out front!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a place with a little bit of everything for everyone. There are crystals and stones, books, swords and sterling silver jewelry. Then also statuary of dragons, fairies, angels and other mythical creatures.

They even have native American totum animals and Chinese and Thi statues as well.

All pantheons are covered and welcomed. It is truly a universal place of acceptance.

Price points are reasonable and there are events every few months where there are sales and tarot readers, energy healers, and even henna artists.

Wonderful shop with an amazingly beautiful sweet shop keeper who remembered us from TWO YEARS AGO. We are gaining a collection from this shop and will continue to do so!

Awesome witchy little spot. Looks of gifts and Magick trinkets including candles, incense, tarot cards, pendulums, Magick books, crystals and another knick knacks and decor. Also a large selection of herbs. Loved it, will be back

A fabulous little gem of a store! They sell a variety of metaphysical and magical tools and décor and I absolutely love going when I get the chance! Much less expensive than any other magical shop I've been to in the area, you can get a handful of things and not have to spend a fortune here. All the employees I've met are always very pleasant do talk to and are so knowledgeable of everything the store has!

Always a great selection with new things each visit. Knowledgeable and kind. Reasonable prices. Love this place.

I still have my custom brass soldered crystal wand Amethyst /green aventurine. I have had it now for 4 years still looks as good as ever; I bought three. The packaging was phenomenal - it came in a box with a purple ribbon gift wrapped in brown poka dots paper.... so beautiful. I guess I can buy some brass cleaner but everything was exactly as described. It's real brass, the stones were very high quality, I use on Youtube for Tarot readings...These wands have moved with me across three different states and several houses still strong sturdy and stunning.

I love this store! They have such a unique selection; I always find wonderful gifts here for the whole family. I've been a customer for about 8 years & every time I go it's just very special.

Great little pagan shop, great proprietor!

This is one of my favorite stores. Beautiful jewelry at great prices. I'm always finding something new and interesting. Best price on candles and sage. I'm shopping there about once a month. You must go and experience this wonderful store.

Popped in right before they closed to pick up a few things, they had just what I needed! (Very friendly too!) Next visit I'll return with time to spare since they carry a lot of books on green witchcraft and clothing. Overall I would say this is right up there with Raven and Crow in Brunswick, Misty Meadows in Lee, and The Mustard Seed in Nottingham as a solid choice for metaphysical/witchy needs. Those are my favorite shops and now I can add another to the list!

I have been to Dragon star at I think three different locations, and it has always been an amazing and personalized experience. Mel is friendly and kind, as well as patient and understanding. Her selections are wonderful, and considering it is specialty products that are harder to find, I find her prices to be quite good. Of the three locations I've seen the store in, I think this current one is my favourite . Always one of my required stops when I go back up that way.

An incredibly friendly staff and cast of regulars solidify this as a neighborhood gem. I won't pretend to understand my tarot reading, but the reader was very affable and I loved my henna tatoo :)

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and in the need of candles, incense or swords.

This is a wonderful place if your looking for anything medieval or newage. Theres all kinds of things for everyone, like incense and candles to stones and crystals of all kinds. She also sells t-shirts and rings as well as books and wands. There is something for everyone so please do check them out!

I happened upon this shop while driving though be area for business. I actually took a wrong turn and realized it just as I passed by the shop.
As soon as I saw the sign I knew I had to go in.
I am so glad I did. The shop owner was so kind and had such a beautiful energy about her. I purchased a few things but was on the fence about another.
I called her the next day and asked her if she could ship it to me. She went out of her way to make a special listing for it on her shoppping page so I could purchase it.
I will definitely be a lifelong patron of this store as long as it's open.

I love the scent as I walked in - not too heavy - just right. I was surprised by how much was in the shop - was immediately helped and enjoyed looking around. I will be back again!
