Cafe Noka

One of the best breakfasts in the North. It says world's best pancakes on the window and I tend to agree. Stopped back today, as good as ever!!!

The hidden breakfast place you should stop by. Pancakes are big and they truly are one of the best. Other menu items are good as well. Unfortunately, there was no turkey bacon but that won't deter me from giving them a full five stars. They have outdoor seating and some play areas for the kids (definitely something that helps families making long drives).

This is the small town mom and pop restaurant you have been looking for!!! Great food, service and atmosphere this is my go to for breakfast while I'm up north. This is a must try if you're in the area. Bring cash as they don't take cards.

A cute off the beaten path restaurant. Home cooked food taste just like I was at home, and everything we had was delicious. Felt cozy and comfortable. We will visit again on our next road trip north!

Been coming here since I was a kid- it’s hasn’t changed one bit! A cozy spot for breakfast right across from the lake- love the Noka breakfast and Noka crepe.

I had a bacon Swiss burger with chips. It hit the spot. Sweet little Cafe on the shore of Mullett Lake. Nice conversation with great people.

Fantastic service, charming atmosphere, and excellent food. Cafe Noka is a must-visit for their “world’s best” pancakes and classic American-style omelette. The classic northern Michigan decor and seating is cozy but not cramped, and everything is tidy and spotless— including the kitchen, which is partially visible from the dining area.

Since catching Cafe Noka open the first time, I build it into my travel plans every time I'm in the area! It's delightful, definitely give it a taste. I'm kind of a weird eater so I especially appreciate that one can order anything off the menu at any time. FYI, it is cash or check only!

We arrived as they were closing early 10am due to an appointment. The owner saw us and spoke to us explained what was happening and was so sweet and kind. Really wish we could've tried this place. I don't know anything about the atmosphere, we didn't get to go in so we will definitely need to stop in the next time we pass through here.

Nice little cafe right on Burt lake. Sometimes it's a long wait but it's worth it. If you like a cozy small town atmosphere this place is for you plus great breakfast.

Cash only, delicious food. The waitress who initially took our party of 4s name down, never told anyone else. We watched 5 other tables of all different numbers get sat while we waited outside. Finally after 30 minutes we had to say something. We were informed someone didn't relay the new party waiting patiently outside. We were promptly taken care of, and the food was great. One bad egg didn't ruin our breakfast, and certainly wouldn't cause a negative review. We will be back to this hidden gem.

Always a favorite breakfast spot. Their special recipe pancakes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, and gigantic cinnamon rolls are what we like to order.

Really good home fries! Eggs for omelette fluffy and fresh toppings. Clean bathroom.
