Kali provided amazing customer service. Absolute professional! Technically, she has the knowledge to fix issues. She worked through multiple processes within the store and utilized outside resources effectively as well. Kali was happy, helpful and courteous, addressed and resolved all my concerns.

Nicole was so kind and helpful, there were issues with a new phone and she did her best to trouble shoot, and helped find a solution. Spent over an hour trying to make the phone work. Great service!

Nick was amazing, I’m old and not very tech savvy. He took his time and explained and SHOWED me how to use my new phone. Than we had problems with finalizing my transaction, on my end. Nick and his manager were so sweet, understanding and patient! Plus he helped me save money, which is so refreshing now a days!

Nicole the assistant store manager is absolutely one of the very best! She truly cares about her customers I needed help with the right phone for my aging father and she not only suggested the perfect phone she helped him with speed dial so his life is so much easier! We LOVE HER!!!

Very, helpful, very friendly and helped pick out the best plan and phone. This store has always been the most helpful and friendly since I've had my phones and accounts. Any problems usually had do do with bad experiences with the phone insurance handler and phone help.

Every one was very pleasant! When I walked in I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. Nicole was so helpful and very informative. She was able to correct my issue in a matter of minutes!

Went into the store with idea to upgrade my phone, Nick helped me out with the pricing and broke it down so I could understand exactly what I was paying for. I left with that in mind and had called spectrum to see their prices, instead the switch my phone over without my permission so I went back into nick and seen what he could do for me he help me calling all these people on hold multiple times through the whole thing and got me back to Verizon. Then he still helped me with the upgrade of my phone! Huge rave to nick for all of his help and patience with me, I can say when I go back he will be the first person I will look for to help me out!!!

Excellent service! I went to ask a couple of questions about my existing phone and ended up upgrading at a very reasonable price. I never felt pressured, and was treated with respect throughout my many questions. Nick and the rest were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!

Nicole took the time explaining our old plan comparing a new plan. She helped us put a claim in for a cracked screen on my granddaughter’ IPad. Don’t lose her she is a gem!!!!!!
