I am surprised at the low rating because I have had nothing but excellent, prompt and courteous responses from the staff at KnipperRx. They follow up and are very helpful. I have had numerous conversations with the staff over the past few months and they have all been the same… excellent, prompt and courteous. It’s appreciated in a world we are so automated to be able to speak to a person! Keep up the good work.

Had overnight parking in front of the gate. Four trucks will fit. Received door as soon as they opened at 0800. Started unload immediately and out at 0830

〰"KnippeRX Pharmacy" is an absolute awesome online pharmacy to conduct business with!!! They def take care business and their customers. If I could give more than 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would surely give it!!! They make sure that they are on top of whatever issues that could possibly arise, especially when it comes to Medical Insurance, and/or having to get Prior Authorizations (PA's) for particular medication's.They also carry specialty medications that most pharmacies do not possess or cant seem to get their hands on for whatever reason.
〰Also, their customer service is top-of-the-line!!! I have spoke to them on the phone 3 different times.... 2 of those 3 people stood out very well to me. They both left a lasting impression on me.
〰But I do want to put a shout out to the 3rd one mostly and his name is Symien. He was professional, knowledgeable, and also very friendly. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. In my opinion, he deserves (at the absolute least) some "recognition" for a job well done, if not a raise, or bonus of some sort. It's not everyday that you can get 100% perfect customer service over the phone nowadays.
〰So, if anyone is looking for a really great pharmacy that can take care of all your needs concerning your medication refills and who can also send it all to you to your front door along with delivering an exceptional customer service on the phone, then THIS IS THE PLACE! Look no more!!!!

Some thing that messed up in the workflow so my order didn’t actually get processed after I paid. Kimberly provided me with excellent customer service immediately when I called. She overnighted the prescription and followed up with me to confirm that it will be sent. 5 stars for Kimberly.

So far i am not impressed by their customer service. It took 3 days to get my first script. For my refill a month later, Im still waiting on it and have been w/o my scrip for almost two weeks. I am not crazy about my scripts being mailed either. Stuff gets lost or can be taken off your porch if your not home.

Update. I did want to give them credit. So far, I haven't had any further problems with getting my scripts on time. Not sure what happened with the 2nd refill that took so long. They've been fine so far. So i give them 4 stars.

Knipperx will call you constantly if you ever try to fill a prescription with them. However if you attempt to call knipperRX back it will be 5 to 20 minutes hold time before you can speak to anyone.

I called Nov 21, 2022 the lady said my application had been approved and I would receive my meds in 3 to 5 days. After 5 days I called back. She said it wasn't ordered yet, that she would place the order. After 5 days, I called again. She says that it's too early to request a refill. What a bunch of liars! Here it is Dec. 5, 2022 and I don't know if I will ever get my meds before I run out. I'm grateful for the medicine, but it's such a hassle to get it!

Disappointing pharmacy turn around. The customer reps are excellent and helpful. But they cannot make their pharmacy fill prescriptions in a reasonable time. I appreciate text message reminding me that I am able to request a refill and I always respond to the text immediately. But, I run out of the medication before the refill even gets to me. I live close to Indiana and would be happy to drive to their pharmacy to pick it up as it would be faster than it taking 2 weeks to get to me. After ordering it a week ago, the message on the phone tree states that it is in the cue for refill. My doctor's office doesn't have any more samples so I end up running out. There has to be a better way KippeRX.

I am going to inquire of my doctor if there Walgreens or CVS can fill the script instead.

I have missed many nights of medication because of this company. My doctor sends the prescription, knipperx doesn’t send me it until I contact them and debate with them. They charged me 3 times for my prescription last month when I had to call and give them my card info. They told me the charges would “fall off” but they didn’t, of course. I wish I could find a better company that delivers Qviviq! I used to use another company who was fantastic but no longer is an option.

They made a mistake and shipped my script to the wrong address (I had the correct shipping address entered in on my account). When I called they refused to send me a replacement until I got the pills back? From the address that isn’t mine. They told me that I had to file a missing package report with USP lol. Any reputable company would’ve done that themselves and served the customer. Especially after they admitted that it was their mistake. They flat out refused to remedy the situation. I now get my meds from my local pharmacy and you should too. Horrid company.

Quviviq switched from vitacare(5 star on Google, never missed a delivery) to this a couple of months ago. Took 2 weeks of calling to get the transfer completes, and an additional 2 weeks to get my medication. I went a month without my medication, resulting in a serious return of my symptoms. I am now trying(unsuccessfully) to ensure my refill is processed on time. Their portal is a joke and there is never anyone on the phones while I'm awake(as I work graveyards)
