Arby's

It was Arbys. Looked like 2 people working hard to keep the store putting out food. A little slow but cashier was cheerful if tired. They did their best and it was all together an ok experience made better but super hard workers.

Fast drive-through service,food was all hot so yeah , go get some Meats

Great food fast for a good price. The restaurant was very clean and well-stocked. They seem to have some staffing issues, which is common nowadays, but the people they do have are very kind, helpful, and provide great service.

It is an Arby’s. This one, however , is one of the best ones I have ever visited. Despite staffing issues that have hit the industry, this restaurant is clean, serves fresh food, and has very friendly staff.

Kudos to the people that work here. It may be fast food, but they actually care about the product they serve and are great with customers.

Quick service at the drive thru!

We just went through this location with a large order (family of 5) and Lyn working the drive through was absolutely amazing. She was clear, helpful, courteous, and pleasant. I cannot recall having a better drive thru experience.

I visited the Arby's on South Neil Street today during the lunchtime rush and they were understaffed! I have no idea why, but the staff that was there was very efficient and kept their cool. The person at the cash register explained it might be a little slower than normal and our order was correct, hot and tasty! THANK YOU. P.S. I prefer the Hawaiian rolls for the sliders. The others were too much bread for the small amount of meat. I hope you keep the Hawaiian rolls. YUM.

I tried the 2 for Six had the Beef sandwich and mac n cheese plus the orange dream shake all was great the young man that took my order was very friendly and helpful

This is one of the best Arby's I have ever been to. Every time I visit this store I have a great experience. People are so friendly and food is always hot and fast. No complaints here. Can't say the same about the one on Cunningham.

DE'OSHA is what you get when you look up excellent customer service!!! She was great! Knocked it out of the park!! The food was amazing!! I had bourbon BBQ brisket!! So good. Im getting another one to take to work for my dinner!! You have to try it!!!

They were understaffed when I went last but the worker was so kind. He thanked us for our wait and gave us extra fries.

Had a great salad with sliced chicken,
tomatoes and cheese. Lettuce was fresh, just needed more toppings. They were a bit skimpy.

Their customer service has always been amazing! I wouldn't recommend going to any other Arby's in the area though. as a company 4 stars but for this location only 5 stars!

Service was fast, food was good and just as ordered, a few people who had to wait a bit longer for some food that was still cooking were offered free dessert for their wait which seemed very considerate.

This Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Sandwich is good but nothing comes close to that chicken bacon and Swiss they have . Man I could eat 2-3 of them at lunch easy

This is the best Arby's in Champaign-Urbana area. If you dine in, sit east-side window and watch train passing. Jamocha shake and curly fries are always awesome!
